Great place in the old town of Stia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful, the location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great value for money. Highly recommended

When we arrived at 10pm we went to our room but it was not ready…the girl at the reception was so embarrassed for that and gave us another room, the “superior”. The room was hot like a real sauna and the Air conditioning didn’t work (in August with 40 degrees during the day). We called again the reception but they said there was nothing they could do for that. We had to open the window but all the mosquitoes came inside and it was really impossible to sleep because of the noise coming from the street. Internet didn’t work (I tried hundred times)….hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work…a real disaster! The owner was so arrogant and never said sorry for all the inconveniences. Unfortunately we paid on arrival…. NEVER AGAIN!

Very nice, quiet hotel in the center of Stia, it has charm and elegance, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the bed very comfortable. The truly delicious breakfast, both sweet and savory, with various homemade cakes and the possibility of being outdoors. The staff is very courteous, helpful and kind.

Optimal. Very friendly young staff, clean rooms in a particular location of a hotel from times gone by but perfectly renovated and functional with several rooms for relaxing and a lovely bar. Good breakfast both sweet and savory.

Excellent location for visiting the wonderful Casentinesi Forests. The village of Stia itself is also worth the stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. Spacious, tidy and clean room. Compliments!

In the center of Stia, in the "Ciclone" square, a beautiful hotel that makes the kindness of the staff one of its strong points. Spacious rooms furnished with care but without affectation. A structure that blends with the culture of the area. A very small note... breakfast!

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and well-kept room. Excellent position. Too bad for the restaurant right under the windows of the room, which at 00.30 still had groups at dinner talking and laughing loudly, without caring about those who were trying to sleep on the first floor, with the windows open, it being summer and having the air conditioners on room not working.
