Love the room, Love the bed, love the toilet, love the furniture, love the room layout, most importantly love the strategic location; 15 mins drive to Oriocenter - largest shopping center in Bergamo.

The room is very nice and clean.. but it's not near in airport that will cost too much for the taxi .. but over all it's good because people is accommodating and approachable

The linen was new and the bed had a mattress protector (rare of hotels to have them) so it made the whole experience amazing. The toilet was immaculate and clean, despite the silicone looking a bit worn out. Though there was a faint weird smell in the room when I entered, everything else was impeccably clean so it did not matter. Will come back here again. Friendly front desk staff. The location is far from the main train station and bus stop, like a 15-25 minutes walk, so if you do not have car, this place is not convenient at all.

For me it is the best place for Bergamo trip:) if you can, please rent a car so you can travel around the city. Breakfast was sooooo nice!

It’s a good hotel and close to the highway. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very generous. Only small blocking points is the wifi. Not easy to obtain, not stable of you want to send big documents

This is a lovely comfortable hotel, just be wary of the descriptions. There is no shuttle service and when we enquired about it, we were met with blank expressions, nobody knew anything about it. It cost us €40 for a taxi and the description "Airport Hotel " is misleading. On the plus side, the staff were outstanding, particularly the gentleman who was on duty beside the bar and the following morning at breakfast,what a gem. In general, Bergamo itself is probably a better option from the point of view of connectivity.
