Room was spotless clean; bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well, but was not secure - no password required. Was assessed $100 at check-in a a security deposit for possible damage to the room. Not a good way to treat guests. Breakfast set-up lacked fresh fruit, such as apples or bananas. Thermostat failed during the warm night - blew warm air. No electrical outlet by the sink/mirror.

The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was very responsive and helpful. The gentleman in the evening lacked experience and did not communicate well. Housekeeping started at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday. We had not checked out and they attempted to enter our room. They kater came back prior to the check out time and asked when we would be leaving. They were very eager to have us leave.

No blackout curtains - bright at night. No exhaust fan in bathroom (just a vent that does not move air), so if you take hot shower the tiny shower room/toilet is a sauna. If you have bad gas, everyone in the room will HEAR and SMELL it. Nowhere for fumes to go but back into the room. Very small TV sits lower than the bed, so you have to look thru your feet to watch TV, which is very uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent and helped answer any and all questions we had. The rooms are a little outdated, but the bed was super comfortable. I would recommend for anyone traveling to the Steven's Point area.

it would be nice to have sheers in the windows on 1st floor. very dark otherwise. people can see you if u leave curtains open.

The room was clean & must have been updated as the bed was a nice comfy mattress, three pillows on each, so comfort choices and the furniture was in good condition. Oh, and the towels were wonderfully soft!! .
The breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, French toast & cereal. Yogurt and fruit were offered as well. I know those are basics, and it wasn’t elaborate or huge, but it was offtered.
The only thing I can fault was the parking lot which needs to be redone. Difficult for someone who’s unsteady.

This place has reasonable spacious rooms, a small refrigerator, the king size bed was perfect. Ice machines that worked and a pool with hot tub, but no drinks allowed in the pool area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Booked it through a third party and got the room at a very reasonable price. Dining and drink establishment next door so you dont have to drive for supper. Breakfast included was better than average.

Great location, right off highway exit. Some noise. Restaurant's in walking distance. Staff very friendly. Fluorescent light above bathroom needs fixing. Room large and very clean.
