The bed and pillows were so hard. Room smelled like mildew. No clean towels when we returned after a long hot day.

This was an okay hotel. I would stay there if was just me but with a family or group of adults, I just cannot recommend. The hotel is dated and the breakfast, well, we left and went out for breakfast. That is all I can say. The hotel needs updating. Front desk staff was very nice. She was the only one we had contact with.

The building is definitely older, the furniture is a bit scuffed up and the carpet is worn. Everything was very clean and the staff was nice. Hot tub and pool were both working and clean!! That was the big highlight, which was good because the breakfast was awful, your only options where waffles with just syrup and biscuits and gravy, bagged oatmeal or three cereal options, the yogurt was in those prepackaged containers but there where no toppings available. Gave the hotel 4 stars for staff friendliness, cleanliness and an actual working hot tub!!

Had booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool only to find out they were closed due to construction on outside of hotel. The halls smelled a little like walking into a late 70s or early 80s hotel. Very cramped parking area.
Bed was pretty comfortable. Staff was friendly and very apologetic for inconvenience of pool and hot tub. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard like a lot of hotels.

Best place for a UWSP visit!
Stayed to visit student at UWSP. Much better hotel than the few next to the campus. I’ve stayed here twice now and settled on this hotel as the clean, comfortable, value place to stay. Manager is nice and everyone that works there is pleasant and greets you.

A bit dated and the parking lot is torn up. The rooms and pool area are very clean and attentive friendly staff. I thought I left a hat in my room and we came back to get it after check out. Front desk clerk was very helpful and would not take a tip for his work. He just smiled and declined saying “that’s what I am here for.”
