We have just had breakfast in The Social, at The Premier Inn North, in Stevenage. It was hosted by Lucy, bright personable, and helpful and cooked by Sharon, who prepared for us an exceptional cooked breakfast, she was also very helpful chatty and pleasant. Well done ladies, better than most 5* hotels we stay in.

I stayed at the Premier Inn with my 6-year-old son while my partner was having surgery at lister hospital, and honestly the team were amazing from start to finish. Being from Birmingham, it already felt a bit daunting being away from home in such a stressful time, but they really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. One lady especially – Tara – was absolutely brilliant. She didn’t just do her job, she genuinely cared. She checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and was just so warm and accommodating. Little things she did made such a big difference when I was feeling worried and tired. The hotel was clean, quiet and exactly what we needed, but it was the staff that made it stand out. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Tara, for making a difficult week that bit easier. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room was nice and clean, reception staff were very warm and friendly. Lucy gave extremely good customer service in The Social. Food was nice, atmosphere good.

I stayed at Premier Inn Stevenage and wanted to shout out and thank the whole team - Tara Hotel Manager, Alexia, Jax & Sharon.. Great service - thank you. One suggestion to improve is menu - it would be super to have options such as jacket spuds on the menu - cheap but nutritious! Thank you
