Hotel is always fully booked as used to host illegal migrants. Genuine guests can't stay. This leads to a shortage of hotels in Stevenage for British people needing to stay there. This is an unacceptable situation. Ibis/AllAccor don't care about their customers who want to stay

I had a wonderful stay recently at Ibis. The service from start to finish was everything I expected and more, the beds were really comfortable, lovely hot shower. The breakfast in the morning served by Liz was brilliant! I have a few dietary requests but nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to going back.

I recently stayed here had a lovely stay, very clean. Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the town, prime location. The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. Will definitely be saying at this hotel again!

Me and my partner went to a wedding nearby, and stayed here. Staff gave a very warm welcome. For the price, you get everything you need and a bit more, the bed was super comfy after a night of dancing. Breakfast was lovely. If in the area again, would definitely go back.

Tired despite a refurb and doesn’t feel hugely safe to stay here and arrive late at night due to having to park in a dinghy multi storey car park. Room was also full of flies? Breakfast was adequate. Staff weren’t all together clued up. Won’t be rushing back.

Just come back after a night stay for business. The hotel is located near the train station and shops so an ideal location. The staff were amazing from start to finish and the bed was extremely comfy.
