Convenient location near highways, ideal for outdoor activities. Clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff. Praise for the on-site restaurant's delicious food but disappointment in limited breakfast options.

Worst experience I've had in years. Had two very specific complaints. Noise from a guest in room above that kept us awake until 11:30 then woke us up at 5:00 am. Complained to front desk and they did not pursue. Promised sports channel on TV (called hotel twice before arrival to assure the channel would be available) was not. I could overlook the fact that the toilet paper holder was empty on arrival, no small bottle of lotion, no waters, coffee maker in room but NO COFFEE (!). No full length mirror. Two small bath towels you can't even wrap around yourself. Horrible round "plastic" shower. Was booked for 2 nights (in town for a family funeral) but left half way through 1st night. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND my second night. Trying to get a return phone call took them over 5 days. Manager could do nothing. Left a message with owner - no response. Who runs a business like this? They refuse to credit me for a night I did not stay. Is this legal?DO NOT STAY AT THIS" INN". Besides their treatment the room was so short of even a basic room. You would honestly be happier at a Hotel 6.

It looks like a nice place upon arrival, but after that it all changes. Made our reservations months ago to attend a wedding that thankfully was not there. Was told you receive better pricing if you book online, as "ALL ROOMS" except for suites are the same...WRONG! From the moment we checked in for a 2-night stay, our keys did not work. The lock system is not hard to figure out, but I was told more than once that I was doing it wrong and to keep my keys away from anything magnetic. I assured them (being a former hotelier) that I knew what I was doing and emphasized that the key's that were put in my key holder at check-in did not work when I removed them from the key holder a few minutes later. I suggested that maybe the lock should be checked, but I was told there was nothing wrong with the lock. So, from Thursday afternoon, until Saturday morning, I had to go to the front desk at least 5 different times to get my keys remade. Now, I realize rooms are not always the same in size, but you would think that the amenities would be the same, but NOT HERE! When I called the front desk and asked where the refrigerator was in my room, I was told that all "04" rooms do not have refrigerators because they're near the elevator...REALLY? So, what should I do with my beverages and fruit that I’d like to keep cool...you can bring them downstairs and put them in the lobby refrigerator and then get them as you need them. Mind you the rates at this inn are not cheap and I'm being charged an average $182 a night (rates are higher on Friday & Saturday, which I understand). Everyone else in my family had nice sized rooms, with refrigerators, microwaves, etc., so no matter what, I had to travel to another location to keep my items cold. I also mentioned that 1 of the 3 lamps in the room didn't work and they said that it would be checked, but it never was...and I'm not just talking about a bulb, the outlet at the base of the lamp for plugging in a laptop or phone charger also didn't work. As mentioned in another a previous guest review, the TV is in a terrible location for watching from the sofa or the bed, the coffee maker is a joke only allowing for 1 cup of coffee, but you can buy coffee in the lobby for $2; and when we went to use the bathroom, our room was missing facial tissue (empty box) and toilet paper...and the toilet howls after flushing, which is quite annoying. It reminded me of the “Botox Guy Laugh”, from the movie “Just Go with It”. But, never fear, because if you want anything during your stay, you just have to go to the lobby to get it, as they only do room cleaning for long term stays of a week or more. I spent so much time at the front desk, I felt like I worked there! This inn is not customer-service oriented; this inn capitalizes on having a wedding venue. It also lists itself as a B&B, but breakfast doesn’t exist. I brought all of my complaints to the front desk and expected some form of compensation for my many inconveniences, but I was to

Whoever is managing the inn is not customer-oriented. There is no breakfast available onsite. They give you a list of local spots. Make-yourself coffee in the lobby costs $2, which seemed really cheap to us. There is a coffee maker in the room, but only one cup or either decaf or regular makings is provided. Whoever designed the rooms did not think of the people who would be staying there. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. There are no mirrors in the room - only in the bathroom (and this is supposed to be a wedding venue). The TV is on a dresser that faces the wall and desk across the room. It does not face the bed or the couch. We heard what sounded like HVAC machinery all night, but there are no vents in the room. The windows do open on a terrible view, and there's a window air conditioning unit. Soundproofing is poor. We felt that there were elephants in the room above. I would never stay there again. The only good part is that it was convenient for us to attend a family wedding.

Very clean and quiet place. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is comparable to a Hampton Inn. The furnishings and color scheme are somewhat dated but this place gets very high marks for how amazingly clean it was. During the week there was almost no one there. On the weekends, it becomes a wedding venue. Room pricing during the week was very inexpensive. Was surprised more people were not staying there as it is just down the road from a major highway. The restaurant for dinner is decent- not amazing. It is only open on limited nights. There is no breakfast. They have a lovely outside deck. This place has potential they are not using but you will find a comfortable stay if you choose it.
