一次很愉快的親子體驗，入住很快。房間可以眺望山景，還可以看到教堂⛪️。早上6：20，我們站在陽台看到日照金山，非常完美的一次住宿，很巴士。早餐品種很多，口感不錯，是我喜歡的口味。整個酒店實施不錯，除了洗澡時冷熱水不好調節外，其他很巴士。很愉快的一次入住。贊贊贊。

房間普通，景色絕美。這裏所有的分數都是因為景色，出門見雪山，在雪山下吃完飯，真的很棒，所以對得起他的價錢。雙床房床很小，淋浴設施很差，水忽冷忽熱，很難調到適合的温度，但是瑕不掩瑜，依然推薦入住，早餐很豐盛，他們家餐廳出品也在線，可以一吃。

首先對於酒店的環境，我沒話説，早餐也很豐富。房間裏嘛，大家知道的硬件設施很差，這裏不多贅敍了，我要説的是辦理入住時的情況，前台態度很好，就是努力想服務好你的樣子，但是！
但是！酒店的辦理入住明顯是有歧視中國人的。也可能是歧視攜程！問題如我圖片顯示，尾房最差的幾間房，就是背後有山，但是山的前面有一棟酒店的房子擋住。而且衹有這最後一排，衹有幾間房是這樣子的情況，然後從陽台上看出去就是被這個房子擋住了。這個房間 1800 塊錢。這幾間尾房我觀察了一下，當天入住的都是中國人，全部都是中國人！不存在別的外國人。所以衹要是攜程上訂的房，前台都默認都安排這樣的尾房。對攜程挺失望的

在雪山腳下，環境很不錯。尤其是酒店的大平台，對面就是聖三一教堂，視野很棒，拍照出片，非常滿意！

酒店唯一的優點就是位置好，視野是小鎮最好的，然後價格也是最貴的。
酒店設施比較老舊了，尤其是床 非常不舒服！
再説下最重要的：1，從攜程訂過來的都會被安排在陰面的房間 毫無景色可言 而且樓下施工 圖1️⃣
2，升級到景觀房 我們補了461拉里，而且衹能給首尾房！沒得選！
3，服務！哦 算是沒有服務，服務員態度差！讓客房部送個水 等了兩個小時！
4，早上吃早餐 遇上兩桌子滬上阿姨 整個早餐廳都要炸了 感覺火山都要被她們吵到噴發了 圖2️⃣
另外 出門的時候看見好幾家酒店位置也不錯 比如圖3️⃣ 可以替代

很幸運加了80拉換到面對雪山的房間，特別是雨後的雪山籠罩在雲霧之中，那種震撼美是手機拍不出來的！但是酒店的服務太差，服務員大多不懂俄語，卡茲別克緊鄰俄羅斯的弗拉基高弗卡斯口岸，卻衹講英文。房間設施都不如我們國內的快捷酒店。

設施：還算齊全，就是比較小，整個房間洗手間太小。
衞生：不錯
環境：沒得説 很好看 早上可以看日照金山
服務：餐廳服務略微有點慢，可能住客太多，半夜居然還有走錯房間送餐的客房服務員。
