Visited this hotel as part of a group tour of the Caucasus. The drive there was pretty lengthy but it was worth it. The dinner and breakfast were good. The group had a set menu at dinner but when I told them I was a veggie they didn’t hesitate to provide me with something different. The young man behind the bar spoke excellent English and was so helpful The best thing about this hotel was location location location. To wake up to the view of the mountain from your bedroom window was one of the hilights of the hotel So why only 4 stars I hear you say? The hotel lacked any atmosphere and the decor a little dull. But that view was worth 10 stars

We stayed in room 209, which had a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for an overnight stay. Receptionist Ashura was very helpful and accommodating. Although there is no A/C in the room, it's not necessary since it gets quite cold outside. If it feels warm, simply open the window.

I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

Nice little cozy hotel with direct view to Trinity church and Kazbegi peak. Small crammed room but comfortable for a night’s stay. Restaurant is amazing with good service, good food and terrace seating. Receptionist was some reason not happy at all. Even for borrowing a pen to sign the form they made a face. Luggage was dropped outside door and when asked, the answers were not pleasant. Not sure if this is to do with language trouble or general behaviour. The view of peaks and restaurant experience was pleasant enough to forgot other small issues. Breakfast spread was very small but good enough.

Mr Otto at the reception is extremely arrogant rude and unfriendly he was speaking to his guest like trash and disrespectful he is unkind and does not bring a pleasant experience to his guest at the outset itself and refuses to hear any request of his guests come what may…tail on the other hand is extremely understanding and polite

we went in restaurant, the food was 3 days old, the bread and pasta was not breaking from oldness. meat poorely cooked. prices not tolerable and the service worst the girl was angry on everyone, we thought we made her offended in order to visit the place. we wouldn't recommend even pas by this place! worst experience.

The restaurant is at the 2nd level, very clean with tall glass window for the guest to view the mountains while dining in. We were lucky the sky cleared we saw the couple mountains name as is kszbegi. another is mkinvartsveri(ice on top, bride In a white dress) as per the local called them. The chicken soup that my son had was rich and we requested for the vinegar to be removed and they gladly do it. We ordered the traditional food, khinkali (meat filled dumplings), variety of grilled meat and my favorite khachapuri (cheese filled bread) all freshly made. We prefer to have their lemon sparkling water as well. We visited also their wine shop and had a simple wine tasting and bought some wine too. For sure we will visit this place again.

Были в ресторане неоднократно) Отличное расположение в самом центре. В данном ресторане приятная атмосфера и музыка, вкусная кухня и самое главное дружелюбный персонал. Особенно большое спасибо официантке Юлии!) Когда будем в Казбеги, обязательно посетим еще этот ресторан))
