It certainly lives up to its name (The Jewel of the Cape Winelands) with its amazing scenery and the beautiful property to the most attentive staff that made us feel at home it was a truly memorable experience. Would recommend it to everyone.

This place is truly a bit of paradise. It does come with a hefty price tag. But the rooms & service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. From breakfast to dinner I couldn't fault this place. Spa superb & the wine tasting too. The knowledge from all the management to staff on everything (wine/food). Flawless. Would recommend this Delaire Graff Estate.

I cannot rate the half day spa experience that we had highly enough. It was wonderful. We were made to feel special and welcome. Every detail catered for. The spa area is the epitome of luxury. Such a tranquil environment by the pool and the lunch area is equally gorgeous with attentive service and incredible food. And then the treatment rooms were luxurious and the massages sublime and the facial incredible. Really cannot thank Hildegard enough, she looked after us so well and it felt like a truly special experience

We stayed for 16 nights departing 16th Nov 2024 on a part business / part holiday trip. The hotel, grounds, rooms and staff are fabulous. The lodges are well appointed, housekeeping is intuitive and non intrusive. The food at both restaurants and breakfast are superb, many thanks to Nick and the team for looking after us so well. Front desk provide an excellent service, always with a smile. There is a genuine care for the guest wellbeing and experience. Do visit the spa, again fantastic therapists. Highly recommend, we look forward to returning.

I recently treated my wife and daugters to a day at the spa and they complained that Dina at the reception treated them condescendingly and had their booking mixed up, initially not allowing them to use the pool allthough it was confirmed on email. Not a good experience and not what I had in mind for them.
