Excellent from start to finish. Great location and superb staff. All staff very welcoming and great service. Special mention for Clayton, whose welcome was the best we've experienced anywhere. Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

My stay at Evergreen Manor and Spa was extremally pleasant. I would like to convey a special thanks to all of the staff who made me feel welcome and at home with their kind and warm smiles as well as immaculate service. The breakfasts were extremely divine. Such a relaxing stay in beautifully shaded gardens. We stayed for4 wonderful nights with breakfast. Clayton was our first contact by email with the hotel. His reply was swift, professional and we were confident he had done everything he said. He was also the last to see us off - what a fabulous gentleman. We were picked up at Capetown airport and were at the hotel in 40 minutes. Alex greeted us warmly and welcomed us to our room and explained how the key system worked. Our room was beautiful and there was a lovely welcome drink. He is very thoughtful and also wanted me to be sure I enjoyed the pool(s). One is in the sun the other the shade. Barend arranged a hop on hop off wine tasting which was amazing and great value for money. He also arranged for our laundry to be done which was returned perfectly within a few hours. Nuraan checked on us to ensure we had what we needed, whether we needed more items for the minibar and whether we needed turndown etc and makes the best breakfast croissants. It was an easy walk into town and away from the bustling traffic. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It’s a shame 5 is the most we can give - amazing hospitality. There are many establishments that could learn from this.

We picked this hotel for its location close to town centre. Not disappointed. The staff were lovely especially Alex on front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, continental and cooked, and we took it outside in the gardens though there is a conservatory room. Our room on the ground floor was not the largest we had in SA but was charmingly furnished and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Great shower and bathroom - good water pressure, and always hot. Our last 3 nights of a 3 week stay in SA. Lovely to end it in this gorgeous town and in this hotel.

Welcom was great, House in a lovely quiet area. Because the house is from wood, it was a bit noisy. Good breakfast in de morning. Toilet damages, what was repair the other day. Lock of the door need to repaired.
