Wonderful experience of being in one of the most beautiful parts of the wider Stellenbosch area. Stunning scenery and nice wine estates around for a quiet and peaceful break in the area. Self catering facilities and back to nature so don't expect a TV. LeeAnn on hand to sort anything that may arise - with a great attitude.

The stay was very refreshing & super relaxing. The views were absolutely stunning. Its such a peaceful and tranquil place. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Units are well equipped and have everything you need. Very peaceful.

Best place to stay on the Wine Route - stunning views of the hills and farms and thankfully no kids and no pets meaning it was peaceful, tranquil and serene. A hidden gem with high quality furnishings and facilities. Ample parking, swimming pool and great self catering facilities. Very clean and organised - they even had a picnic blanket for us to borrow and ample pool and beach towels replenished regularly.

just spent a really peaceful and relaxing 6 days in Mont Angelis Retreat, a small number of self catering cottages. Lianti, the manager, was very helpful in helping me plan our stay and it was a delight to meet her in person. at 70sqm the cottages are sizeable and private. a shared small pool is a good place to meet the "neighbours" if you want to. very peaceful sleeps as it is so quiet. 15 mi uses and you are in the centre of Stellenbosch but there are also a number of wine farms and places to shop and eat within 5-10 minutes drive. if you want to stay "home" then that works too. thank you Lianti for your warm hospitality and help.

Old style comfort in a perfect location. This is not a very modern apartment but somewhat old fashioned with a great hostess and host. Perfectly quiet, well equipped, great location and excellent value - my wife and I would want for no more than this.

We had an amazing stay at Mont Angelis! The setting between the mountains is magical. The units have beautiful interior and fully equipped for somebody who want to go somewhere to relax and do nothing at all! The road to Mont Angelis lends itself to cycling or just taking a walk in nature. The beds are comfortable with crispy white linen and good quality pillows. We enjoyed our stay at Mont Angelis and would definitely recommend to friends, family and visitors to KAALVOET.

From the moment we enquired about accommodation at Mont Angelis to the time we left , we were treated like most pristine guests. The accommodation is extremely well looked after, everything in its place. The view from the rooms are breathtaking. Quiet and Tranquil surroundings, yet a stone throw away from central town. Our hostess Lianti, was professional and friendly, most welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely recommend Mont Angelis to our friends. This is the place to be when visiting Stellenbosch.

This is our second time we have stayed at Mont Angelis. What a wonderful time we had. The rooms are well appointed and as it was cold when we were staying we had a lovely wood fire to keep us warm. The views are spectacular, you feel as though you are in the countryside but you are actually only 10 minutes by car into Stellenbosch. Lianti looked after us during our stay and she is always on hand if you need anything. We will definitely be back again.
