On the first look, this looks like a great place. It's a nice location on the top of a hill but you only have views of the surrounding hotels. There are plenty of family friendly slides and rides. They have a restaurant but it closes at 4:30pm, and no chance to get drinks anywhere else. We paid extra to go to their sauna land (2200m2) but it wasn't all accessible to us because we were not hotel guests!! So there was no where for us to relax in peace and quiet (only for hotel guests), no water or tea to drink (only for hotel guests??). There was a great jacuzzi and the saunas that were working were fine but it would have been nice if at least one of the infra cabins was working. In summary, we felt disappointed to be shut out of half of the sauna world even though we paid a lot of money and we have been to better water parks with facilities that are open until they end of the day and don't cheat on their advertising.

Needed a short break (1 week) with my sons age 10 and 12. Fortunately both are playing Golf quite well.So we booked Allergie. I know from previous stays at REITERS Hotels (eg. Bat Tatzmannsdorf) that if "REITERS" is on the title "REITERS" is in meaning High Quality Hotel. Excellent, friendly, competent staff. Food is outstanding, good selection , we all could get what we wanted, great quality. Special offer on Golfing. we played 4 days , two different, very selective courses with an E-Car for a reasonable price. Afterwards we hit the SPA . Lots of slides, wave pools warm water., colder water , trampoline... you name it they got it. Its a great relaxation after 18 holes of Golf in the Morning. The wellness spa offer good massages, which we used of course . The Ying Yang spa (part of the Hotel, great sauna, steam bathe , very clean and well maintained. This week was a big success . The boys immediately wanted to extend for another week. Anyway to say it with the words of a fellow Austrian "WE WILL BE BACK" It was almost a hole in one,

Es hat alles super gepasst! Das Mittagsbuffet war ein bisschen dürftig, aber ansonsten gibt es nicht auszusetzen! Der Wellnessbereich herrlich, die Zimmer groß und schön, danke für den schönen Kurzurlaub!

Schöne, saubere Anlage mit überdurchschnittlich freundlichem Personal Hervorzuheben ist auch das sehr gute Essen und die Vielfalt bzw. Auswahlmöglichkeit. Für JEDEN was dabei Hotelanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt Mitarbeiter, wie schon berichtet, überdurchschnittlich freundlich Top Familienurlaub!!!

Wir sind seit 15 Jahren jeden August immer für 1 Woche Gäste im Reiters. Neben der genialen Golfanlage ist das Hotel eines der besten das wir kennen. Das Personal im Restaurant kennt uns bereits gut und freut sich immer mit uns wenn wir wieder da sind. Natürlich heuer wieder. Mir würde nichts negatives einfallen. Es wäre jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau. Und wir sind durchaus auch 5* Häuser gewöhnt.

Tolles Hotel tolle Therme tolles Essen sehr zu empfehlen egal ob als paar oder als Familie mit Kindern - hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Das Essen ist ein Traum, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die hoteleigene flüstertherme eine Erholung, das Wasser warm und lädt ein zum verweilen. Die Saunen top Passt einfach alles

Vielen Dank für die erholsame Woche im Allegria Hotel. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Personal was sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Das ganze Hotel war sehr sauber was bei dieser großen Fläche sicher nicht einfach ist. Es wir immer und überall gearbeitet, im positiven Sinn 😉 die Gärten werden am Morgen gepflegt, sowie die Golfanlage, die Gänge usw. .... Leider haben wir zwei Sachen im Zimmer vergessen, was wir zuerst gar nicht bemerkt hatten. Erst nach einem Anruf vom Hotel sind wir dadurch aufmerksam geworden. Es wurde uns prompt nach Hause geschickt! Vielen, vielen Dank dafür! Hoffentlich ist es uns nächstes Jahr wieder möglich, hier Urlaub zu machen!

Wie immer eine sensationelle Location mit Top-Kulinarik, sowohl Frühstück, Mittag, Cafe und vorallem abends. Riesige Auswahl an Vor- und Hauptspeisen, dazu eine gute Weinkarte mit ausgewählten Weinen. Das Thermenangebot für Kinder und Erwachsene ist ebenso riesig und für jeden was dabei. Sehr sauber und das Personal superfreundlich und zuvorkommend, von der Rezeption über Gastronomie und Reinigung. Einfach erholsam. 🤩

Wieder mal ein sehr schöner,angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt! Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und überall freundlichesund nettes Personal.Es dauerte nicht lange und im wohligen Spa Bereich waren wir gleich eingehüllt im Urlaubsmodus. In den auffallend grosszügigen hellen und sauberen Zimmer fühlten wir uns sofort wohl.Das Highligth war wie immer die hervorragende Küche,auf die wir uns jedesmal wieder freuen! Haben uns in den 4 Tagen wunderbar erholt.Wir genossen aber auch die hervorragend gepflegte Golfanlage,welche in eine wunderschöne Landschaft eingebetet liegt.Die Fairways und die Grüns werden immer regelmässig gemäht und sind in einem Super-Zustand!
