Really nice place with perfect breakfast and dinner,especially children menu and healthy friendly lunch just a few steps from pools. We had specious family room with balcony. Very friendly staff in restaurant and night bar,perfectly skilled chiefs in restaurant. Many pools inside/outside + atractions,all clean and in good condition. We were very suprised that reception staff has a horrible poor English and all drinks automats and driving range ball machine are for coins only-not accepted card or contact less payments. Over all its really great choice if you conpare qualitty/price👍

On the first look, this looks like a great place. It's a nice location on the top of a hill but you only have views of the surrounding hotels. There are plenty of family friendly slides and rides. They have a restaurant but it closes at 4:30pm, and no chance to get drinks anywhere else. We paid extra to go to their sauna land (2200m2) but it wasn't all accessible to us because we were not hotel guests!! So there was no where for us to relax in peace and quiet (only for hotel guests), no water or tea to drink (only for hotel guests??). There was a great jacuzzi and the saunas that were working were fine but it would have been nice if at least one of the infra cabins was working. In summary, we felt disappointed to be shut out of half of the sauna world even though we paid a lot of money and we have been to better water parks with facilities that are open until they end of the day and don't cheat on their advertising.

Wir waren zu ersten mal in diesem Hotel. Wir wurden nur angehört überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter sind durch die Bank hinweg sehr freundlich. Das Buffet ,egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die gebuchten Massagen waren ein Traum und das gesamte Hotel ist perfekt sauber. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit kleinem Balkon( Wir hatten Zimmer 467).Dennoch hätte ich drei ganz kleine Kritikpunkte. Das erste sind die enorm langen Wege die man zurücklegen muss wenn man von A nach B kommen will,zweitens waren die Matratzen extrem hart und drittens habe ich beim Frühstücksbuffet Lachs vermisst. Aber wie gesagt, das sind nur kleine Kritiken. Sonst können wir das Hotel wärmstens weiter empfehlen.Wir sind schon auf der Suche nach dem nächsten freien Wochenende damit wir wieder kommen können. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel die uns ein wunderschönes Wochenende beschert haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Im Yin Yang Spabereich ist es ruhig ,gute Liegen ,schöne Saunen, und die beiden Pools. Die Thermal-Sauna zeigt schon große verschleiß spuren, wird durch die Spezialaufgüsse von freundlichen Saunameistern aufgewertet . das Essen ist sehr gut und variantenreich besonders der Wildschweinrücken mit Apfelrotkraut und das warme Frühstücks buffet . Die Zimmer sind freundlich und sauber, leider wird sehr an der Klimaanlage gespart und in heißen Sommernächten keinen gesunden schlaf zu läst, hier sollte der neue Betreiber und die Manager mehr auf die Gäste achten unter dem Motto ,, LEISTBARER LUXUS ". Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ,

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Angebot. Wir hatten ein Golfpackage gebucht. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Zimmer waren ruhig schön und sauber. Das Essen Frühstück/Abendbuffet war geschmacklich top, sehr gute Qualität. Die Auswahl der Speisen war kreativ und wird teils mit regionalen Lebensmitteln zubereitet. Der Wellnessbereich lädt zu einem ausgiebigen Aufenthalt ein und ist schön ruhig( Vorsaison). Die Golfplätze sind wunderschön und herausfordernd.

optimaler Betrieb für Familien, sehr freundliches Personal, super Küche sehr bemüht um alles, tolle Angebote für jeden was dabei, waren jetzt zum 3 mal da und wir kommen sicher wieder, das nächste mal kommen wir sicher länger als 4 Tage ;-)

Als Stammgast komme ich gerne immer wieder; Alles hat gut gepasst; Einzig im Bereich des Fitnessraumes wären Adaptierungen (Fehlbestände) angezeigt und es wäre schön wenn dort Handtücher als Unterlagen zur Verfügung ständen; dass das Alterslimit dort von einigen Gästen ignoriert wird, ist bedauerlich und sollte von der Leitung besser kontrolliert werden, zumal der Fitnessraum kein Kinderspielplatz ist und es auch nicht ungefährlich ist

Wir waren das erste Mal in Hotel und waren sehr begeistert,Zimmer groß,Bett super,Dusche groß!Wellnessbereich und Therme super,gute Angebote im Bäder Spa! Frühstücksbuffet große Auswahl und alles sehr gut!Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
