Very cool staying experience, and Ctrip is indeed much cheaper than booking in high-end hotels. Every time a five-star hotel for vacation abroad is booked by Ctrip. This hotel is a very high-end resort all-inclusive hotel. You can check in at the reception hall of the hotel before leaving the airport and then there will be a special car pick-up ($33 per person, including pick-up and drop-off) This all-inclusive hotel has a total of seven restaurants with different styles, covering French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Jamaican cuisine, and Asian cuisine in various styles. Although the business hours are different, it is basically possible to eat 24 hours a day. The service in each restaurant is very good. The meals are all formal and high-grade meals, with very high-quality ingredients. Asian restaurants are very popular, probably because they are far away, haha, you need to wait in line. The beach and sea view of the hotel are almost perfect, and the supporting facilities are mature: swimming pool, gymnasium and bar counter everywhere. Small snacks, barbecues and cocktails are provided at all times. During the day, there are yoga instructors and fitness instructors to take you for leisure and fitness. In the evening, there are singers singing for you by the terrace restaurant. After the meal, there is a beach party with the same theme every day. Champagne and desserts are always available in the lobby. In addition to the free daily leisure hotel schedule accidents, you can also order various one-day tours in Jamaica at the hotel. It is recommended that the yacht goes out to sea for $99 per person, but it is extremely satisfying. Breakfast is recommended on the east side of the hotel (it is recommended to get a map after you arrive, this hotel is really super big) buffet Western breakfast here you can imagine. We all agreed that this was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. We would like to acknowledge the staff in particular that provided service for us. Sharon, Marsha, Valentine, Aqua man, and Lisa. The food was the best we have ever had in ANY restaurant. We loved the his and hers sink area which kept us organized. We had turn down service, and every staffer that passed us by offered a greeting with a smile. I took aerobics class everyday and cooked on the beach. We met the manager, Dean who was receptive of all out comments. Our only complaint about our trip was a delayed flight! We would recommend to everyone that this is a wonderful place to go.

This was our third time at this resort within the last 18 months. We came for a family vacation and had the best time. Even though a lot of renovations were going on you didn’t know. Yes our usual buffet was closed but the other one was just a plentiful. What I loved about dinner was we were able to try all the fine dining restaurants which was great. They had lots of activities on the beach day and night and still had the shows that are usually in the auditorium just in the sports bar. While every single member of the staff couldn’t have been nicer I want to shout out to a few that went above and beyond: Kiki, Yannick, Amanda, Chocolate Mr. Nice, Sheneika, Doreen, Taneka. They took such great care of us. As for our room WELL! I was trying to book our usual that overlooks the pool and couldn’t. When I got there I saw it was being renovated so I thought ok no biggie. They had in 3329 and 3330. Oceanfront!!! What a gorgeous view and room. The staff that takes care of the room and refills the fridge were spectacular! I even got a chocolate on my pillow at turndown. We didn’t want to leave. 😢 We can’t wait to go back in the spring and see how everyone is and how everything looks.

I loved the experiences for the most part ,the rooms ok,just my room 1016 the shower area there was something maybe hair so the water took longer time to run iut and I hated feeling the water settled at my feet,rooms were clean ,the restaurant the Saturday night with chef tyyrall love him fist time having that experience, engaging ,but my turn off was his fellow coworker thinking was chef Michael that came over while tyrall was doing his thing asking for tofu ,he was told look jn the fridge to my surprise chef Michael towed away thrall tray with his ingredients he was using to cook ,what unprofessional individual, he expected the guy to leave the food on grill and go look for your tofu,I was upset I reported it to some girl working out table ,infront guess,that guy need a sack or lighter leave without pay people can't be so calus, the shrimp and fish felt it because no Seasoning or oil nothing to finish the night. But I'm so proud of chef thrall he held his composure but seem he might be a floor supervisor sir don't abuse your power ,I could have Michael name wrong nonetheless he's a talk brown slim build guy another chef.tyrall can account for night of September 28,2024 .love me some iberostar and too check out the ice cream corner ,buffet line not bad but .......my preferred palette, I would visit again,surrounding area clean ,I would go on ,the waterfall sounds outside our rooms calming ......overall great experience , I could be my self hitching a quick ride on the luggage tramp.......kid at heart ❤️
