Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

The whole resort is like a prison in a place where no one lives. If you just want to lie down in a hotel, you can try this place. There is no service. If there is service, you will be asked for various tips. I stayed here for 3 days and gave all 200 US dollars to tips. How exaggerated is this? I don't recommend it at all. The experience is too bad.
