Lovely experience and the food was good. I personally found that they seemed over friendly with white tourists yet they it’s locals seemed to ignore and be quite rude. Can’t blame Hyatt for that. The actual stay was nice.

Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hyatt Ziva Montego Bay. My experience at your property was far below the standards expected from a Hyatt resort, and I feel compelled to bring several serious issues to your attention. First and foremost, the condition of the building is unacceptable. The facility is extremely outdated, and upon entering our room, we were met with a foul odor. The room itself was in poor condition, showing visible signs of neglect — including cockroaches and mold, even inside the air conditioning unit. This presents a serious health hazard, especially since we were traveling with young children (ages 3 and 6). Despite raising these concerns with the manager, Russell, we were only offered a room change within the same building, which did not resolve the issue as the same problems persisted. In addition to the unsanitary conditions, we were overcharged by $750 for our children, even though there was a promotional offer stating that kids stay free. We traveled as part of a group of six families. The children’s charges were waived for the other five families, despite our stay being only one night longer. ******* reached out to your staff to confirm the promotional policy and requested authorization to issue us a refund, which your management team declined without justification. Beautiful resort. Staff excellent. Fitness Center was top tier. All in all it was WONDERFUL!! 10/10!! 👍

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which made a big difference. The only downside was that our pillows were stained, and unfortunately, it was too late at night to request replacements. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.
