Iberostat Beach was the first choice for me. I have no regrets. It is the best value with least crowd amd all the amenities and more of a five star hotel. The service was friendly, the architectire was luxuriious, the beach was sunny and breezy, the food was tasty and the experience was memorable. A photogfapher was there at dinner to capture the moment of a lifetime memory. Loved it!!!

It was ok... it's a great hotel for a family vacation.. however if you are trying to get away with your girls or maybe your boo.. you might get a little bored..

Was a very nice resort, however the rooms are dated and beds/pillows very uncomfortable. Not enough outlets to be able to plug things in.

Airport: This airport has hundreds of flights landing and departing daily, be prepared to move quickly thru each process, deplaning, customs, baggage claim, exit etc. They know what they're doing. The airport at times feels too small for the quantity of visitors it has to process. The airport staff are great, this is definitely a tourist airport. Departure process is much faster than arrival, check-in and security in under 10min, with toddler and stroller.
Transportation: We used JamaicaToursLtd. EXCELLENT service & price. The driver doubles as entertainment officer.
Hotel:
Location: 10/10, the Beach is 1 of 3 hotels on property, the other two being the Grand and Suites.
WiFi: 10/10, both coverage and speed
Staff: 10/10, above expectations
Food: 10/10, above expectations
Pool: 10/10, many pools to choose from, including water park pool for kids in the Suites.
Room: 9/10, above expectations, size, bathroom, AC, furniture
Beach: 8/10, typical Caribbean beach, the only downside are the mobile sales people which obstruct the otherwise perfect view

The staff were professional, its the first property I have been to where the staff didn't show preference in trea**ent towards the tourist (Caucasians) over the liocal/other Jamaicans.
All staff members mannerisms were polite and friendly, greeting guest with a smile, letting guest feel welcome and appreciated.
As a Jamaican living overseas I am very proud of the staff members, please dont drop the ball and I certainly will be spreading the word about the property.
First property I have been to with so much variety of deliciously well prepared food at any given time.

An absolutely beautiful resort! Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the entertainment team! Food is delicious and huge variety at the buffet. Water filtration system and refillable glass bottles were an excellent bonus. This is our second time visiting this resort and we were not disappointed both times.

That place was best place I ever stayed at in my entire life. The service and staff were so friendly and nice. There is no way I can put into words how amazing the staff was. The hotel is great but the staff were by far the most amazing people.

I loved my stay. The only thing i would prefer more is included transportation to the airport for free. And also more food places that are open either 24/7 or having access to the other resort restaurants

This resort was everything we were hoping it to be. We felt very safe even though there is a ban saying reconsider travel.
We came for my 50th birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my birthday week very special.
The choice of restaurants were great and the swim up bar was fun.
The drinks were very strong.
The only bad thing I can say is that the beds were a little too hard for our tastes but if you like a hard bed you are in luck. We definitely will be coming back.
