Love the hotel however the staff were no warm and friendly the nicest was the bellman and front desk agent

The environment was good. On the first day of arrival, the front desk said that there was an event to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the hotel, which must be attended by the family. Everything was great except some workers were rude and for the fact that I payed so much money for 1 night, we didn't have any toothpaste since we forgot. Furthermore we were told we have to buy it from the gift shop which didn't open until 9am. Very disappointed. I had to eat breakfast without brushing my teeth. I feel like there should be certain things at a 5 star all inclusive hotel since we're paying so much money for 1 night.
