Stayed at Batten Green twice, in summer and fall, and both seasons provided gorgeous views for coffee/drinks under the pergola. Self check in makes it feel as if you have the place to yourself and the large modern room, king bed, fireplace and spa like bathroom made for a serene romantic escape. The only thing that would have made it even more perfect would be bathrobes and hooks to hang them on near the stand alone spa tub.

This property is stunningly beautiful. A wedding venue with lovely lodging. Super comfortable bed in a nice room. Nothing negative to say. We were the only couple in the building until about bedtime and someone else came in. We heard them arrive to the room next door, and no noise after that. The town of Staunton is also a sweet, contemporary mountain town. Do stay here if you get the chance.

Property was very welcoming. Close proximity to Stauton and Verona. We were antiquing and had a variety of shops to explore. Will come back. Nothing really to mention as negative.

This property is really lovely. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Grounds were gorgeous and peaceful. Check in was very easy. We will look forward to staying again.
