The breakfast was rich and the hotel staff were very hospitable.
However, the room is relatively small, and the hotel does not have an elevator. It is really hard to carry your luggage up to the third floor by yourself.

The hotel was nice . The breakfast was good and parking was ok with plenty of room for a big car. The hotel was walking distance to the center of town and the train station. The only problem was they quoted me a price for the room but they charged me more. I told her it's not correct but she said it was. It was only 5 euros so I didn't argue about it

The +: bedding, soundproofing and very beautiful view of Staufen Castle (for the rooms located at the back) The -: ＞ the room reserved did not correspond to the room allocated (had reserved a double room with a large bed, we were allocated a room with 2 separate beds). Price adjusted accordingly ＞ very limited number of parking spaces ＞ very small shower cabin ＞ execrable mood of the person at reception, the same one who provided the breakfast service (we stayed at the hotel for the night of October 5 to 6, the person will recognize themselves!). Friendly as a prison door, not a smile, derogatory remarks and cold greetings when we left. Dear Madam, if contact with customers bothers you, change jobs. In the end, an unsatisfactory quality/price ratio. We will not come back.
