The night was fine. The price was great for the stay. Wish there was more when I went for breakfast at 8:30 when we went down. There wasn’t much left at all. My kid also got gum on her blanket from the wi do seat.

The accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful.
I don't quite understand why there is a $50 charge at check in. No one told us this ahead of time; and there was no one at the desk when we left to ask. We have stayed at this hotel for the last four years and never had to do this, nor is there any indication of it on the website at booking.

The toilet was not working and there was no one to fix it for the two days I was there. Front desk person could have been more welcoming. He and she did not look happy to be there.

My expectations were low, and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, all of the staff I interacted with were lovely, I would stay here again.

Property is not well maintained, staff is negligent, no soap/shampoo in room, and apparently they had no soap. Breakfast was not staffed, empty food warmers not refilled. In the morning the Cleaning staff was playing loud music in hallway, banging on doors of occupied rooms at 8 am. Heater in room not working properly, thermostat not working, had to manually turn it on and off, and no one available to fix this issue. Do not stay here.

The room smelt like smoke for non-smoking room. Stains and rips in sheets. The heater in room never shut off even when we turned the temp down.
