Terrible room service. No hot water for 2 days. However we enjoyed our 3 days in south lake tahoe.

I checked out after one day , pool was closed , rooms very old . Not clean . The front desk told me that I can check out and they will refund me the rest of staying days . After I left the hotel they rejected to approve the refund

The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sparsely furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!

I booked this hotel for my son. Since I am in China, he wanted to celebrate his daughter’s first year birthday at Tahoe. He sent some photos I will share. He said everything was great.
