The rooms in the hotel are very nice, the bed very comfortable. What was important to us was that everything was neat and clean and smelled like that:) The bathroom was really nice. The only complaint is that the window could not be fully opened. It is close to Baščaršija, about 5 minutes' walk away

Let's start from the good things: 1) it's in a very good position to reach the Turkish old town (but there are also better placed hotels) 2) the rooms are comfortable and with a lot of space 3) the hotel has a garage BUT... ... For a 4 stars hotel it's, in my opinion, far away from European standard, at least for western Europe's 4 stars structures standard. The room's furniture was not so clean, there were cuts and staines on the bathroom curtains, box shower was without a panel, there was a large moisture stain on the ceiling right above the bed. They didn't accept our payment by card, so we have had to withdraw cash before we leave. Not bad the breakfast, but for sure not so great.
