Breakfast at the hotel is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel because the food options are very few and the price is very high for the lack of variety of food. Also, the glasses are scratched and not suitable for drinking from. Also, it is difficult to reach the hotel and the road is rough and dangerous.

Another fabulous stay at this small Family owned hotel. It’s set in the nature which feels like a real retreat away from the old town hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor play areas. We didn’t really use the pool or sauna as we were exploring Sarajevo for most of our stay. Sunnyland is super close which we really enjoyed and the staff especially Faud was always on hand to help us if we needed anything. The spa lady was really sweet and overall my boys enjoyed their stay at Pino!

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3 nights stay so we’ve decided to book again for our whole family in Aug! The breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly. The grounds are stunning and it’s like a nice escape from the busy old town / central Sarajevo. Highly recommended hotel!

Exceptional location in terms of the surrounding natural environment, this is the only hotel in the area, so you have a feeling that you are surrounded by a forest snd this is the only hotel there for miles around…nice if you are craving an escape into nature…

Great hotel, the food is good staff is very friendly especially Eliza and Irfhan, we come 3 people from Kuwait and the accommodation was perfect food was also halal overall great experience, the rooms were clean and heated and all staff were very helpful towards our issues, recommend

I went there on 24th Dec,2024 to spend a night with my wife and 3 kids. Location is great. Food is good. But the best part the people, Fuad Elisa Zakir Adam Selfless courtesy and not just the faces but good hearts as well. There was unprecedented snow and our worry was to reach urgently to City centre on 25th morning. The mentioned people took personal effort to ensure the taxi arrived on time, the breakfast boxes packed well. And yes a Non alcoholic place, though their fine Bosnian coffee makes up for that ;) Vishudh Keep it up ! Vish

This hotel is beautiful from outside And inside ! The staff is is OK. I will give it one star 🌟 because it's to expensive for what you're getting. This is 3 star food selling for 5 star price! Do not order Bosnian pita and do not order salad I learned it the hard way!

My recent visit was a complete disappointment due to shockingly poor service. Despite having seven staff members on the floor, none bothered to serve customers. To make matters worse, a manager told me I had to wait for a waiter just to order a coffee. It was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.
