Great hotel as a base for many places wort visiting in the area. Hotel looks new, rooms are big and clean. Pool and gym are good. Food is very good. Staff is very professional and always smiled. Great stay.

The first 4 star hotel where I couldn’t open the window as it wasn’t reachable. First 4 stars hotel where I couldn’t get sleep because of loud aircon. Dry air made me uncomfortable and caused headache and irritated my breathing areas. First 4 star hotel where there is not usb plug socket or info about how hotel function. I don’t mention about low skilled staff with poor manners or not appropriate sense of humor. I was extremely tried when I have arrived to the hotel. One elevator for staff and hotel guests made me wait until all housekeeping and restaurant staff made their journeys. I have been kept in front of elevator for about 15 minutes. There is no info about hot to access to hotel facilities- opening hours, what kind facilities, extras are available. I don’t mention about menu I have been told by reception staff to look on website for menu - really??!! One flat pillow on bed. Nothing what make you cosy to feel well rested and feel good.

We were surprised to find that this was a very big hotel My room was modern, clean and fairly comfortable The service in the bar was poor, slow and mechanical Breakfast was OK If you're in the area, probably a good choice

we stay there for Sylvester. We were in the older building but room are very nice and clean. Bed are good to sleep. We had dinner from the hotel includes. The dinner offer was OK. You have 3 menu to choos. Drink is oly wather natural, with lemmon or orange tast. Other you must order. Wellness are is ok but to less place to stay there on you onw seat. Sauna, steam sauna are nice an ok. You can reserve the squash corner to play and also big enought fitness room. Sylvester gala was ok, music was ok.

Hotel w sam sobie wyglądał w porządku, pokoje czyste chociaż sprzątanie trzebabyło zamawiać. Większość obsługi opryskliwa zachowująca się jakby za karę tam pracowali. Na barze częste braki w asortymencie myślę, że jak na 4* hotel nie powinno to mieć miejsca tym bardziej że rezerwacja była robiona z dużym wyprzedzeniem więc powinni się przygotować. Plus za basen i strefę spa. Jedzenie dobre ale bez rewelacji. Duży minus za brak ochrony która powinna pilnować porządku w hotelu i zakłócanie ciszy nocnej. W ostatnim dniu pobytu w hotelu była studniówka młodzież urządziła sobie w pokojach i po korytarzach imprezę mimo zgłoszeń na recepcji nikt się tym nie zajął i nikt nie miał nad tym kontroli ciągłe krzyki trzaskanie/walenie w drzwi. Podsumowując więcej minusów niż plusów.

Mam mieszane uczucia - duży plus za strefę basenową i seanse saunowe. Minus za lokalizację oraz wyżywienie. W dzień dziecka udział w festynie z kiełbaskami i karkówką z grilla mogłam wykupić wszędzie, niekoniecznie w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Od hotelu z 4 gwiazdkami oczekiwałabym czegoś więcej niż kiełbaski z grilla i niedoprawionej surówki. Lokalizacja dramat - po środku niczego, a widok z okna na szpital, fabrykę, dom pogrzebowy. Wyżywienie - gdyby nie gotowanie na żywo jajecznicy na śniadaniu to byłoby bardzo kiepsko jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy. Duży plus za napoje - dużo, wybór i plus za pyszną lemoniadę (dawno tak dobrej nie piłam). Obiadokolacje - zupy wydziwione, 2 surówki dostępne do obiadu i deska serów. Nie mogę powiedzieć, że chodziliśmy głodni, ale szef kuchni zdecydowanie do wymiany. Ogólnie plus za czystość i bardzo ciekawe seanse saunowe. Minus za tłumy na basenie w długi weekend - baseny dostępne dla wszystkich gości, także poza hotelowych. Elegancka restauracja europejska - ale nie dla gości hotelowych, tak więc spokojnie można mieszkać poza hotelem i przychodzić sobie tylko na strefę basenową. Dzień dziecka - festyn z grillem przymusowy także dla gości bez dzieci. I jeśli chcecie być nagrywani wy i wasze dzieci przez obsługę hotelową telefonem bez waszej zgody na festynie to tylko w tym hotelu (obsługa nie spotkała się najwyraźniej z zagadnieniami RODO). Plus za obsługę na recepcji i sprzątanie na życzenie klienta - ekologia jest bardzo ważna w dzisiejszych czasach. Jeśli nie chcemy codziennego sprzątania pokoju to obsługa nie pcha się na siłę żeby go posprzątać.
