Hotel Hills

Location is perfect by a creek and the mountains. Very clean and big comfortable room. Hotel had good natural lighting and a modern style. We visited in March so I imagine in the summer the gardens would be lovely in the sunshine. We enjoyed the food, breakfast and dinner at the hotel, was very tasty and had a variety of dishes. We were only there one night so I’m not sure if the food repeats itself. The wellness spa was great, the jacuzzi outside with the mountain view was the highlight. Inside there is a swimming pool and pool bar, this could be noisy at times with all the music, kids and aqua aerobics going on. Great wellness facilities with with range of sauna and steam bath options. There’s is not much around locally , Tatranska Lomnica is within walking distance in around 40 minutes and 25 minutes to the mountain station. We got a taxi from Poprad which cost around €22-25. Negatives and what could be worked on, for dinner, we had to pay for the tap water €3 would be nice for a refill water station in the hotel. Also, the coffee machine offers very limited coffee options, either small or big, nothing more, no cappuccino, no latte, etc.. Otherwise a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Modern hotel, clean and nice rooms. Fair food, nothing exceptional, but tasty. Perfect wellness, warm and very clean water on the pool and absolutely great bonus was poolbar. Nice and helpful poolbar and wellness stuff. However, when we were checking out we were pushed a bit to go back to room and pixk up second entry card. Anything terrible, but not ussual in 4* facility.

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family meet up. We travelled from UK to meet Slovakian relatives. Please be aware that not all the rooms look like on the advert photo's. Both our rooms had no view. Our room was so dark. Tiny window and hardly any natural light. It was so depressing having travelled so a long distance to visit beautiful Tatry. The reception desk at this hotel offers zero customer service. It felt like once they had your money they didn't care if you were happy and enjoying your stay. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for traditional Slovakian hospitality. There are far better options in the Tatry area. One positive was the young team in the restaurant were amazing. So polite and perfect service + great food. Shame the reception desk isn't trained to offer the same level of customer service.

Quite s new hotel with well appointed rooms, close to many skiing resorts in the heart of the High Tatra mountains. We had half-board with amazing breakfast and culinary dinners with different these each evening. We loved the indoor pool and tge wellness center with different saunas and steam rooms. Attentive and service-oriented staff. Wonderful stay snd hope to be soon back!

We have just retuned from a fabulous weekend break away to Hotel Hills. It catered for us all, going above and beyond other experiences we have had so far. Our two children, 7 and 10 ,absolutely loved the swimming and wellness which were both comfortable relaxing and fun. :) My husband and I were able to relax in view of our excited children. An added bonus was the evening entertainment put on by the hotel, allowing my husband and I quiet time with a drink in the lounge. (an absolute novelty.) There was ample room for all four of us in the lux suite. The quality and choice for breakfast and dinner was indulging to say the least, in so that It was difficult to choose what NOT to eat! All in all, if you are looking for a good quality value for money family friendly Hotel Hills has it all. We will certainly be back. (again and again and again).
