It was my first time skiing in Chongli. I read a lot of reviews and finally chose Yunzhen. I was very satisfied. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good, with special mutton soup and a variety of Chinese and Western food options. I also had a small hot pot buffet for dinner, which was also very good. The hotel's catering is very cost-effective. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient for skiing in and out with children. It was also very smooth to exchange ski tickets, ski cards, and rent equipment. The staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel's housekeeper Li Qianlan took the initiative to contact us before checking in to ask about our needs. During the stay, we answered all questions and the service was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel's guest rooms are clean and the service is also very good. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

The room facilities are complete, and the service and hygiene are satisfactory. In particular, the room has good sound insulation. Living next to the elevator entrance, you can't hear the sound of people coming and going outside. The hotel is in a convenient location. If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

The service is very good, the room ventilation system is also very good, and the rooms are equipped with humidifiers!! It is very close to the ski resort, basically skiing in and out, and the snow view room has a great view!!
Rest is the most important thing after skiing, and the bedding selection of this hotel is also very refreshing. After a day of exercise, there is no soreness that makes you unable to wake up, but the excitement of seeing the ski resort as soon as you get up!!
Special thanks to the front desk staff, who thoughtfully prepared souvenirs before leaving, adding a little surprise and warmth to the end of the trip

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

🏨The hotel room is very spacious and should be suitable for families with children. There is a separate cloakroom, which should be able to easily accommodate those with a lot of equipment during the ski season. The lake view room has a good view, and the recreational activities in the park are very concentrated. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Cuiyun Mountain Scenic Area, which is friendly to non-self-driving tourists
🙎The service staff are very enthusiastic. The front desk manager Yaru specially helped to arrange the room, eliminating the trouble of changing rooms after staying for two nights. It is very considerate! It was snowing during the holiday and I was afraid of the cold, so I arranged an electric heater👍
🥣During the May Day holiday, the breakfast restaurant was slightly understaffed. It was a bit hectic when the room was full. It was much better with fewer people the next day. The food was quite satisfactory. You can take a taxi to the county town or Fulong Town for dining. It is much more lively and the drive is only within 10 minutes, which is very convenient

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate.
When I checked out, I saw that the small cakes displayed in the hotel lobby were pretty good. I saw that the mooncake boxes sold were very exquisite, and I bought 2 boxes.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

GGuest UserI was a little dissatisfied when I was told that I couldn't participate in the art activities when I was about to arrive, but the service provided by Butler Xiaofang was so great that I deserved to be treated like a home away from home. The environment of the entire winery is also very good, quiet, private and leisurely. The architecture is also very beautiful, so children don’t have to worry about running around in the winery. If you have a chance to come again, make an appointment in advance to experience art and cultural activities

Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.

HHutongerdayeDuring the Qingming Festival, I brought my family to Chongli InterContinental Hotel. The overall experience was excellent. From hardware facilities to software services, they have reached the professional level of InterContinental, which is worth recommending to everyone.
The hotel is in an excellent location. You can drive out of the Jingli Expressway and arrive at Taizicheng; the hotel is only 3 minutes away from Taiwu Town, which provides great convenience for guests' travel and play.
The design of the hotel lobby is grand and professional. The spacious space is reasonably laid out, adopts a modern decoration style, and integrates local cultural elements, which not only reflects the high-end quality of international brands, but also shows local characteristics; the front desk staff is highly literate, good service, and efficient. When checking in and out, they can handle various matters quickly and accurately, and at the same time provide guests with detailed information consultation and suggestions. Their attitude is friendly and kind, which makes people feel comfortable. Here, thank the beautiful Alyssa.
The room is spacious and the layout is scientific and reasonable, fully considering the living needs of guests. The bedding is comfortable and the mattress has moderate elasticity, which can effectively ensure the quality of sleep; the facilities in the room are complete and advanced, equipped with a smart toilet, and separated dry and wet areas, the balcony is bright, and the room has good sound insulation, creating a quiet resting environment for guests.
Caifeng Chinese Restaurant combines Cantonese cuisine and local cuisine, with good service and good taste; breakfast dishes are varied and the ingredients are outstanding, including cheese and Spanish ham cold cuts, freshly squeezed juice, freshly baked egg waffles, spicy soup, Roujiamo, etc., every link can satisfy people. The restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable, creating a good dining atmosphere.
The hotel's leisure and entertainment facilities are rich and diverse, which can meet the needs of different guests. GGuest UserIt was my first time here. The North Wing Apartment was quite new. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room faced the ski slopes and the scenery was beautiful. Wang Li, the assistant manager of the lobby, contacted me in advance and added WeChat. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you very much. Skiing was so convenient. The ski hall was right after getting off the elevator. You could get on the cable car directly after getting dressed.

GGuest UserI came to Crowne Plaza Huailai again. It was still so friendly. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged the extra room on the same floor. Thank you very much. The hotel has added outdoor areas for children to play this year. It's just a pity that the temperature dropped sharply on the weekend and I couldn't have fun. The indoor water park and children's playground are as popular with children as always. The evening buffet hot pot is also good, with a wide variety. I will come back in the summer and hope that there will be many new projects developed.
