"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided ๐, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"This hotel is not good value for money. Although it is a hotel under the Kaiyuan brand, the quality and service do not meet the 4-star standard. The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room, but the plastic seal on the bathroom door was still peeling off. The hotel breakfast was good, but unfortunately there was no fruit. Overall, I felt that the hotel service was not professional and enthusiastic enough, and it did not have the same luxurious feel as B&B."

"The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The TV even displayed the laundry status. The staff were very friendly and attentive, helping to dry and unload the laundry. There was also a late-night porridge station in the evening. Everything was so thoughtful. The hotel was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lady even upgraded me the day before yesterday, and the front desk guy even gave me a gift before I left. It really made me feel at home. I will come back next time. The accommodation experience was excellent, and it was the best experience I've ever had at Atour."

"During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, we took the kids to Yanguan to see the Qiantang River tidal bore. We chose this Haishi Hotel based on reviews, and it was a wonderful surprise! The hotel rooms were spacious, with balconies, exquisitely decorated, and the service was excellent! Located right at the entrance of the ancient city scenic area, hotel guests can enter and exit the area multiple times using facial recognition, or take a shuttle bus โ very convenient! There's a restaurant called Guchengmen Restaurant downstairs; the reviews suggested the food was good, but it was too crowded, so we ate out instead. We'll try it again next time!"

"The hotel room was excellent, facing south and getting plenty of sunlight through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The two beds in our twin room were much wider than what you usually find in hotels, which made for a great night's sleep. All the amenities provided were high-end and very comprehensive. I really love this hotel. The breakfast also offered a great variety of options. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. ย I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.ย "

"Best hotel Iโve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. Thereโs a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

"Facilities: Excellent hardware, clean and tidy. Although located outside the scenic area, access is very convenient, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
Cleanliness: Very clean, a safe stay.
Environment: Located in the North Gate Market, overlooking the ancient waterside street.
Service: From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage, every receptionist was warm and attentive. The welcome fruit we received upon check-in was fresh, not something that had been sitting in the room for ages, which was a nice touch.
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the slower pace of the hotel and would definitely go back."

WwuminzhibeiThere are not many people in the whole resort on weekends, so the experience is great. The small bridge is flowing, and the flowers and fish lights are quiet and interesting. The shuttle bus basically didn't wait very smoothly. The accommodation was upgraded to the lead singer hotel for free. The room was very spacious. The mini bar had free drinks. The window was a small river. Watching the fish swim in the water for a while, I felt that I could fish directly in the room. Unfortunately, the fish was in the car.
The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, very rich and tastes good.
If there is anything to be improved, one is that the water in the shower in the room can be bigger. Another is the episode that said that the system was remodeled that day. All restaurants in the scenic area could not scan the code to order. It was a bit messy before returning to liberation overnight. I forgot to serve us food and waited for a long time.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, and the food is quite varied. The hotel staff are sincere and polite, and offered to help with luggage. Please note that there is no elevator for the second-floor rooms, only stairs. The air conditioning in the room can be adjusted, and the overall stay was very good. ๐๐ป

We finished breakfast and gave the child a box of yogurt and a piece of pastry. We told the door that we could not pack the food away from the restaurant. Package? A box of yogurt and a piece of pastry is just! Can't children eat while walking? It was the first time I stayed at the hotel to inform yogurt and pastries that I could not bring out of the restaurant! During the eleventh period, the price was inflated and outrageous, and I spent so much money to stay in the hotel. Who still cares about your yogurt and pastries! It's like an uncle and aunt are greedy for your little cheapness and are blocked at the exit! Funny! It is recommended to replace the breakfast service staff! Don't break the Kaiyuan brand!

AAnonymous UserDuring the summer vacation, my relatives brought their children to play and booked a room. The platform showed that it was a newly opened four-star hotel. It was booked for about 200 yuan, which was very cost-effective! The room is spacious and bright, with a large area, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, a very comfortable bed, four pillows, a smart toilet, electric curtains, and a grand decoration style. Since I came back late at night, I couldn't get up the next morning and didn't have breakfast. I don't know how the breakfast was. There are free tea and freshly ground coffee in the lobby. I felt I earned two cups haha โโ๐. They also have a free laundry room, gym, shoe shiner... It is worthy of being a four-star hotel, with everything! My niece said that she would book their house again when she comes back here in two days!

GGuest UserI came here with my colleagues on a business trip. The hotel is very big. The lobby and appearance are very luxurious. The service of the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. The bar and access control facilities make my stay safe and secure. The room is very spacious and very clean. The windows are basically floor-to-ceiling windows. It's almost there. The view is very good and the breakfast is also very good. I just forgot to take pictures. It's a very nice hotel and worth recommending!

What's more outrageous is that when I went in, almost one-third of the dishes were not ready, and many employees were eating. This is very unfriendly and unsatisfactory for early risers! High-end hotels need to serve not most guests, but every guest!
