"📍 Location & Pricing • Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Strategically located near the main transport hubs. • The metro station (coming from the airport) is very close.  • Tram stops are on the corner, and the main bus/train station is just a couple of blocks away.  • The city center is about 1.5 km away.  • Price Range: 79€/d. 🛏️ The Room Experience • Room Type: Twin room on the 11th floor.  • Size & Cleanliness: Adequate size and clean.  • Bed: 110cm firm mattress, reported to be very comfortable, with two soft pillows.  • Amenities: Flat-screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, and hairdryer included.  • Drawbacks: No major issues mentioned. 🚽 Bathroom Details • Cleanliness & Setup: The bathroom was clean.  • Shower/Bath: High and slippery bathtub. Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a casino.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious. Evening staff seemed bothered by questions regarding the spa.  • Cocktail Bar: Staff here was very kind and friendly.  • Spa Staff: Described as serious, speaking only the bare minimum of words.  • Daily Housekeeping: Room cleaning was minimal; they only straightened the duvet, leaving the pillows as they were. Coffee and tea amenities were not replenished.  🚗 Transport & Access • Public Transport: Excellent connection. Very close to the metro line from the airport, with tram stops nearby and the main stations within walking distance.  🔐 Security • Access Control: Access is managed via a key card.  • Safe: There is no safe deposit box in the room.  Final Verdict: ✔ Top Strength: The super comfortable bed combined with the excellent location near major transport links (metro, bus, train). ❌ Main Drawback: The service was inconsistent, particularly the minimal housekeeping (no coffee/tea refill) and the unenthusiastic staff at reception and the spa."

"In general, the hotel is very good, close to Vitosha blvd and city center and clean, Standard Double Room is spacious enough The continental breakfast is sufficent but is served in the lobby and it is very weird, also it is overpriced to my opinion (15 Euro/person) Hot water in the rooms on the higher floors starts after several minutes of waiting after opening the handle of the faucet I would rate it as good 3 star hotel rather than 4"

"The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside."

"There is a casino in the hotel. So the parking fee is expensive. It's about RMB 100 per night. The hotel is cost-effective, so we can ignore the old facilities. When I checked in, the front desk gave me the second floor. I said I wanted a higher floor. There should be a manager next to me and said that I have to make a request. I said I have a request. I showed them the request I wrote. Because of the word count requirement, I wrote it in Chinese on Ctrip. The other party immediately said that we couldn't understand it. I immediately responded, don't you have a translator? Then I was a little reluctant to give me the sixth floor. 👌. When checking out, I especially want to praise the front desk lady with long brown hair. The service attitude is very good. I want to print the car insurance policy. She helped me one by one."

"The roads around the hotel were steep, which made walking difficult. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"The hotel is located very near to the pedestrian street Vitosha and the city center- they are in a walking distance. The room was comfy and spatious, the mini bar is all payed you have no complimentary cofee, tea or water. The parking is payed as well, the hotel charged us 17 euro for 1 day on a public parking even thou it was a holiday -and you do not pay for parking on holidays. The breakfast was basic and very dry, everything was like it was cooked the day before. All in all ok for a one night sleep over."

"Overall, this is a popular B&B, not quite hotel-quality. The breakfast was good. It's close to the metro station, Teatralna on Line 3, less than a ten-minute walk (don't get off at ”SU St. Kliment Ohridski,” as it's a waste of time). There's a good Italian restaurant across the street, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The only downside is that I booked a penthouse apartment, but was given a second-floor room, which wasn't just an upgrade, but a downgrade."

"The room was hygienic. The cleaning staff did not check carefully, and the bath towels used by the last resident were still hung behind the door and confiscated. The water in the kettle did not fall. But the front desk staff, the room itself is very good. Walk to the cathedral within 5 minutes. There is a boutique coffee shop and DM in 3 minutes. Take a taxi to the airport 20 Lever. I will stay there next time I travel. I hope health can be strengthened."

"The hotel is in the urban area, and it is a pedestrian street when you go out. There are many restaurants, and you can walk to the cathedral and other classics in about ten minutes. The breakfast is ok, the room size is good, they are all relatively new in Sofia Take a taxi to the airport for about half an hour"
