" The location was a little far from the AD bus terminal, but it wasn't so far from the hotel that I had to use a taxi. I walked about 10 minutes with my suitcase, but some people might find it too far.
There was no explanation of how to use the in-room safe, so I called the housekeeper, but he didn't speak English, so I had to use a translation app. He still didn't understand, so he came twice. It was good that he came without hesitation, but it wasn't just one visit, so some people might find that annoying.
The most disappointing thing was that when I went there expecting breakfast to be 6 pesos, I was told it was 150 pesos. The price may have gone up, or it may have been a mistake and it was 6 dollars, but I trusted the information written on the website and applied, but it was completely different, and I thought, ”I've been tricked, I've been scammed.” I hope this will be fixed soon."

"It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5."

"I recently stayed at the City Express Junior by Marriott in Cancun, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the start. The service stood out as well; the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. Although the rooms were on the smaller side, they had everything I needed for a short stay. "It was better than the review.
There's Walmart supermarket connected to lobby, so easy to grab foods, milks, gifts... Also, all the hotel counter abd service people are nice. My room was quiet and yes you can hear if people close door really hard but it can happen to any hotel. There's separate Air conditioning so room was cool. You can control the temperature.
Also There's pizza restaurant and rental car service in the lobby. Very convenient location overall."

"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!"

"Cancun must do 3 things, 1, free shuttle T4-T2-T3; 2, opposite the lawn gas station bank exchange, 19.20, later in the city 19.30; 3, find the ADO bus, 140 to the ADO bus terminal, here is Cancun Dongzhimen transportation hub!
This hotel is near the ADO terminal, on the side of the road, within walking distance, eating a tortilla 23 pesos, 1 knife! There are big supermarkets around, safe, in order to go to the airport the next day, in fact, worry more, the hotel area is not far away, the XO convenience store on the side of the hotel is in front of R1, 50 minutes directly to Playa Delfines, 12 pesos ticket, similar to Sanya Bus Terminal to Haitang Bay! The sea is blue, the sunset is pink, Mexico does not know which is particularly like Thailand, the tourist area is basically similar to North America, a beef burger is 15 knives, locals eat a plate of Chinese food to cover rice, also more than 150 pesos, 7.5 knife, similar to Philadelphia Chinatown, a boiled beef 480 pesos, 24 knives, More expensive than Stockholm, Sweden, Cancun is a tourist enclave in the winter of the United States and Canada!"

"Room cleaning needs to be asked at the hotel front desk every time. I didn't know it on the first day and was surprised because the room was still in the morning after returning home to the hotel.
The staff were very kind and responded well when I asked for additional towels.
Some staff had difficulty communicating in English, but they tried to communicate using a translator, which was helpful.
I think it is a convenient place to go to a color 々 place in terms of location. I'm especially glad that there was a supermarket called Wal-Mart, which is open 24 hours a day, nearby."

The room was cleaned daily and everything was well-maintained. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the mattress still felt supportive 👍
The room was also very quiet — I stayed on the second floor and couldn’t hear noise from other rooms at all, which made it easy to relax.
The location is excellent, right in front of Mercado 28, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting around 🛍️
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke English, which made the stay even easier 😊
Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. It occasionally slowed down a bit, but overall it worked fine for everyday use 📶
The only downside was the shower — the water gets hot, but only for about 2 minutes before turning lukewarm. However, it was still manageable and I didn’t have any issues showering.
Overall, a solid place to stay with great location and friendly service👍

I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

MMiguelUnfortunately this time the room was not clean, the bed had stains and hair, they moved me to another room and once again when I checked the bed it was dirty with sheets with hair on it, finally they changed me to a third room and if you can guess more hair on the sheets in the room bed, all supervised by hotel staff, in the end the manager on reception duty came himself with a room lady to change the sheets and bedding in the first room he had, if you stay here check your bed carefully because 3 Rooms with dirty sheets leave much to be desired.

GGuest UserThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.

YYANTake the airport bus and get off at the ADO bus station. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. It is very convenient. It is very safe in the lively area of the old city. There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a Chinese restaurant. The room is not too big, it is clean.
