"The hotel is quite nice, located in the heart of the old town. Parking is easily found on Gaode and Baidu Maps. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, all typical Zigong style. The hotel service itself is excellent; the front desk staff are very nice and answer all my questions promptly. The rooms are spacious, the hot water is strong, and the blankets are just the right thickness—perfect for a good night's sleep, especially on a rainy day. The service lady was also great; she immediately notified the front desk to take care of any clothes I'd left behind, and I'd like to express my gratitude. Overall, I recommend staying here."

"This place is really convenient
But there are a few things that I can’t stand!
First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! See picture
Second: The elevator was very slow. After waiting for a long time, I met the housekeeping lady who brought a bunch of cardboard boxes and empty bottles to sell as waste! There was basically no room for us to sit!
Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed!
Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge!
Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly!
As a hotel chain! This service is really disappointing!
Only the daytime front desk was professional! ➕He enthusiastically brought me two bottles of water!"

The hotel has a special parking lot, parking is convenient, that is, the corner of the parking lot is very narrow, easy to improve (can not coordinate). The rooms are fully equipped with laundry rooms, each room is a disposable face towel and bath towel. There is also a footbath, a disposable basin cover and medicine bag, which is very practical. "I came from Gong to watch the light show with my friends. The front desk staff upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable parent-child room. The room is very atmospheric against the warm yellow lights. I also like the decoration style very much. The room was clean, the floor was clean, the bathroom had no water, the countertop was no water stains, and even the towels were folded into the well-behaved shape of cat ears. There are also many attractions around the hotel, like the Salt History Museum. You can also go to Fanhua 1939 Snack Street to taste the food, simple and affordable."

"Great little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.
The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river."

"Environment: A fantastic hotel 🏨, just a wall away from the high-speed rail station. The location feels like it's practically attached to the station.
Service: I checked in after 11 PM, and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and even offered complimentary breakfast.
Facilities: The only downside is that the hotel offers movie screenings. If I have the chance to come to Zigong again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."

"I was traveling with 3 children and an elderly person, and booked 3 rooms. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning to store my luggage. I was very tired after a day of playing in Fantawild. I wanted to go back to the hotel to have a good rest, so I checked in at 9pm. , there was a sudden power outage around 11 o'clock. I have never experienced a power outage in a hotel before. The weather was over 30 degrees and the hotel had a power outage. The water was almost out. I thought I would come to the store later, but I waited until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night to tell me that I would not come...! After 2 o'clock, even the fire emergency lights were turned off, and everything was dark. I didn't sleep all night, so I checked out at dawn and left quickly! For the first time, I realized what it means to pay for your suffering! The children were also bitten many times by mosquitoes!"

"The hotel helped to reserve a quiet room and upgraded the room type to like it! This hotel is so comfortable! The service at the front desk is particularly circled. From the door, I feel the full intimacy. I speak softly and politely. I patiently answer various questions when I check in, which makes people feel warm.

"Good location, as it's a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal, which serves all the city's attractions, as well as the train station (bus G1).
I didn't see the hotel's name sign on the facade, but the photos of the reception area shown on the booking website make it easy to identify when you arrive.
The staff doesn't speak any English, not even at reception. However, everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, and Google Translate is a perfect tool.
The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It matched the photos. However, there was no designated luggage area.
The bedding was excellent. The bed was very large. There was a sitting area (sofa and coffee table). Outlets were usable without an adapter (for European devices). The Wi-Fi was adequate.
The bathroom was large and very clean. A minor drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel weren't always refilled. But if you ask, they'll do it without any problem. A hairdryer was available.
Daily housekeeping.
Bottled water was provided daily. Electric kettle provided. Space intended for a small refrigerator... but unfortunately not available.
Quiet environment.
Breakfast buffet. A perfectly satisfactory selection, but potentially limited for those who prefer non-Asian options. The staff was very attentive, providing me with cutlery every morning.
Bonus: Free self-service washing machine (and detergent). Dryer also available. Super convenient!

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. I recommend the noodles. We would certainly stay here again.

It's a 15-minute walk to the venue, and there's a home-style restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs. Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The inconspicuous little corner and the real roses are really beautiful. It can be seen that it is attentive. There are robots that can send things. The children like it very much. There is also a glowing fireplace in the lobby. The children thought it was really hahaha. It looked very advanced, and the laundry room also had night security guards who helped to take the clothes to wash. The flattered service attitude was really not said. As soon as we checked in, the receptionist immediately noticed we were a couple and proactively and enthusiastically recommended a room with a bathtub. She patiently explained the room's highlights, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. Her warm smile throughout was so comforting!
We were instantly amazed when we entered the room! The bathtub was clean and elegant, and the soft lighting created a wonderful ambiance – perfect for taking amazing photos! The room's overall decor was simple yet romantic, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust in any corner. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with stable pressure, and a relaxing bath instantly washed away all the fatigue of our journey. It was perfect for couples to unwind!
From the proactive room recommendation to the attentive service, we felt the hotel's dedication in every detail. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions nearby, making it excellent value for money! GGuest UserMy classmate came from Gongwan during the summer vacation. I found a hotel online without any trouble. It has a decent decoration style, is very clean, and has good service. Didi takes a taxi to Huashang for more than three yuan, and it's a very close straight line. Will recommend to friends.
