Facilities: The facilities are okay as a whole, but the phone is bad. There is no explanation in advance. The floor will feel on the bed when walking. I turned around and didn't receive a call for a while. I waited on the side of the road for half an hour and was really anxious. I didn't respond until I called Ctrip's complaint call.
