It's my first time to come to Jiangmen. I came here with my children when they start their freshman year. The hotel is in a good location. It's a few minutes away from Wuyi University by taxi. There is a shopping mall on the next floor. There is a large supermarket. The green environment nearby is very good. It's very quiet. The room has a great view. It's good. It's very clean and the room feels quite comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. If you have any questions, you can be solved with a phone call. It's very good.

I had a great time~ But I feel that the cleanliness needs to be improved. There are things left by previous residents on the bedside table on the second floor. The pillows feel a bit smelly to me. The paper cups on the first floor are open, but overall it is good. It is a bit expensive, but Good value for money. The format of breakfast morning tea is great. It satisfies the eating habits of Cantonese people. You can have it at any time you want. We all like to drink morning tea. It tastes good and the price is affordable. We are very satisfied.

The B&B has a comfortable environment, fresh air, and the smell of nature. But there may be few people, and it is basically a self-service mode. When booking online, it showed that there was double breakfast, but when I went to eat at the specified time, it was almost empty and I couldn't eat anything. The waitress also said that our room did not include breakfast in the past, which made us feel like we were eating for free! After staying in so many hotels and B&Bs, this is the first time I have encountered this situation! Speechless! I originally had a good impression, but this service was greatly compromised.

After a laspe of 4 years, l finally returned Jiang Men and as usual, stayed in this magnificent hotel.
Apart from retaining the high metrics of cleaniness, spacious and warm hospitality to my full satisfaction, the room offers a 270° city view of beautiful Jiang Men.
And to miss to enjoy the humble but gorgeous buffet breakfast the hotel provides would not be an option to me. For it definitely beats the MSG meals served by other restaurants.
I have no reservations to recommend this hotel to all who comes to the city.

It's just right for a family of four. The kids like it very much. Unfortunately, we encountered a red storm and couldn't go to the nearby children's park as planned. There are many places to eat near the hotel. The service attitude is very good

GGuest UserAmong the various hotels and homestays around the Kaiping Diaolou Scenic Area, Liyuan B&B is a very distinctive one. Its appearance is solemn and beautiful, standing alone in the middle of a rice field. It feels like a European castle. At first glance, it has attracted me who was browsing the Ctrip website!
1. Liyuan B&B was converted from a real Diaolou. The front building is a two-story old school structure ”Daoming School”, and the back building is a four-story Diaolou. The entire B&B is like a work of art, fully interpreting the beauty of the combination of Chinese and Western architecture. Every detail can see the designer's careful thoughts, and every angle can be a painting
2. I added WeChat with the front desk customer service for the convenience of consultation when I booked the room. The two beauties at the front desk answered every question I asked, and the answers were detailed and thoughtful, which made me feel very relieved. Even if people haven't gone yet, they are actually familiar with the basic information of the B&B. After arriving, he answered all my questions and told me everything he knew, which was very heartwarming.
3. The B&B is a 2-minute drive from Liyuan. Even from the parking lot where we parked, we can see the B&B directly across the road. Hahaha, it's so interesting.
4. There are many free sweet soups and sour plum soups in the lobby to relieve the summer heat for friends who come from afar. To be honest, I felt very comfortable as soon as I sat down and drank the cool sweet soup, looked at the exquisite decorations in the lobby, and felt the breeze. I didn't want to move for a long time.
5. There are more than a dozen guest rooms, each of which is different, with its own characteristics and perspectives.
6. There is a spacious outdoor area where you can play football, drink tea, and take a walk. Climb to the roof of the back tower to overlook the surrounding rice fields.
7. A nutritious breakfast was given. Although it is not as gorgeous and rich as a five-star hotel, it is indeed a home-cooked taste. Simple is good. The key is that the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Sitting there and eating breakfast with my family, I felt peaceful and enjoyable.
8. When I left, the front desk lady also gave me a small gift: a refrigerator magnet and a coaster, which were customized by the B&B and are very memorable small items.
Thanks to Liyuan B&B, our family had a great time and spent a memorable May Day holiday!

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.

Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

HHuiExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

RRandy.ChungI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a modern design, with spacious and well-furnished rooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The fresh fruits and pastries were a highlight!
Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the smart technology in the room, which made controlling the lighting and temperature effortless.

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
