Service here was really bad, they didn’t clean the room and only put two water bottles at the door. For new towels or to ditch the trash, I had to go to the front desk myself. What’s more, the bathroom area is really weird, the wall isn’t high enough, so you hear people in the room next to you taking a bath, and their light and sound comes in. The grid in the back of the room doesn’t even have glass, giving free access to mosquitoes and bugs. When I told the staff this was problematic, they weren’t very helpful and just showed that all rooms were like this. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s not worth the money. Service really bad.

The hotel was walking distance from the pier by 10 minutes and it's the beach front near all the restaurants and the fire show at night.

All the ingredients are fresh, the dough is thin and crispy, and the portions are generous. Breakfasts are also top-notch: varied, tasty and filling. **Service:**   The hotel staff deserves special thanks. All the staff are friendly, attentive and always ready to help. It feels like they really care about the guests and strive to make their stay as comfortable as possible. **Territory:**   The hotel is surrounded by greenery, which creates a feeling of privacy and tranquility. **Result:**   Tom Pizza Samet Hotel is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday in a cozy atmosphere with delicious food. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Samet and want to get an unforgettable experience!

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

It is enough for sleeping and showering, the location is perfect, it doesn't take long until you are at the beach and otherwise the island is a very beautiful place where you can see many beautiful sunsets and sunrises

Very good location, in the city center, near the port, near 7-Eleven 2, 7-Eleven, no staff to help carry things, average service at the counter, small room, has a beautiful bathtub, but quiet, not chaotic.

The hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.

If little things don't spoil your mood, pass by)) I'm writing this review for people like me. The air conditioner blows on the bed In the morning you wake up from the sound of someone sweeping under the window, it's very audible. And since this is a house, you can't open the curtain because the sweeper will see you. The smell of rotten water and it doesn't drain well after a shower. If you're alone, it's okay, but if there are two of you, I think it's unpleasant. My bike was constantly being moved, pushed close to the house. No one explained or asked me to place it in a specific way. But every day it stood differently. They don't speak English WiFi doesn't work properly, we connected it to different networks twice, it was useless. There are sewer butterflies in the bathroom. Yes, yes, I didn't know what that was. Otherwise, everything is fine, the owners are a family. They don't care about you at all, they sent me to the most expensive service on the island to get my bike. cleaning on request. Bed linen is clean. There is a refrigerator in the room

Great place on.the water front. The room was a great size. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom and shower really needs attention. Also if you are a light sleeper the A/C unit is very noisy. Very central and easy going stay

The hotel is good, clean, the location is excellent, the beach, shops, cafes are all nearby. I liked that we were placed on the 3rd floor, nice view. But one nuance is very important, I like white linen, and here it is gray, clean, but not very pleasant to the body.
