The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The customer service staff had a terrible attitude and demanded all kinds of tips. No one responded to the agreed check-in time, even to leave the luggage. The location was not difficult to find, but there were many similar houses around and you had no idea which one it was. I asked the staff to come out to pick me up, but I waited for 2 hours and no one responded. The front door didn't open, and you could only enter and exit through the back door. It was disgusting. You could only check in at 3pm, and you had to pay 1 pound on his website for the check-in information. Cash was not accepted at the front desk. It's just garbage among garbage.

Not good. Parking is if there is any available. Garden is overgrown with brambles at head height along the path making access difficult. Key pad on door is only visible at night as surface cover is so scratched. Took me ages to get in. Noisy road. Generally clean although signs of mould in shower. Pillows were so uncomfortable, felt like they were full of rocks. Everywhere needs a good coat of paint. Never saw any staff. Basic.

Booked and confirmation of booking was sent. On day of check in, they promise you that they will send an email with details of how to enter. They Never did. I waited outside in the cold trying to get in the property for more than 30 minutes. Tried to ring the number on the email and guess what? NO ANSWER. Not the first to complain about this aweful owner scammer. For peace of mind STAY AWAY. Do NOT BE SCAMMED like me!

I had a booking of 2 days from 11-13 june and paid all the amount in advance by credit card. There was a very strange policy that we cannot check in after 10:00 pm. I landed at 8:30 and the immigration line was too long so I was able to reach there by 10:20 but no body was there and they didn’t sent me the code. However, my friend helped me a lot by letting me live at his house for the same night. On the next day, I had a booking too but Heathrow ensuite rooms cancelled the booking of the next day too. This is not at all fair. Before coming, they took e-signature on a long big form where the policies were mentioned as they were the policies of a house rent agreement. They shouldn’t have cancelled the next day booking. This is not right. When I called them as well as booking.com(from where I booked the room) both said that it was written in the policies and we are not able to help you. They are looting us. That night was a nightmare for me. Also , I would like to thank trip advisor for sharing my view.
