"When we first arrived at the hotel, the front desk sold us the expensive room in the main building, but we didn't want it because there was no balcony. It was Michelin, the standard of a normal Thai restaurant in China. People probably went there just for the view and the spa."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic service at the counter. Easy access via bus (just 3 stops from Stans), and bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a fuel station just outside the hotel so it was convenient to get breakfast and other snacks. Toilet lights are motion sensor which is good for energy saving, but it auto turns off while we are in the shower as the timer might be too short. No fridge in hotel room though, but be slightly inconvenient for families with young children that need to store milk."

"The room was small, I was arranged on the third floor, there was no elevator, and it was too painful to carry a large luggage up. We lived in this place very inconvenient, there is no service desk, 400 meters away, it is not convenient to walk in winter. I was pitted when I checked in, and the credit card suddenly failed. "The hotel is located on Lucerne Mountain, about ten minutes drive from the city, relatively quiet, the room can see the mountain view, the air is better. "The owner transformed the third floor attic into three homestays. The facilities are new. The shared kitchen, living room and bathroom environment are very good. The space is spacious, but the bedroom area is small. The house is a 5-minute walk from the train station, close to Pilatus Mountain, and the lake can be seen from the window, but the town is usually not crowded and there are no supermarket shops."
