"Very clean hotel, fantastic service at the counter. Easy access via bus (just 3 stops from Stans), and bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a fuel station just outside the hotel so it was convenient to get breakfast and other snacks. Toilet lights are motion sensor which is good for energy saving, but it auto turns off while we are in the shower as the timer might be too short. No fridge in hotel room though, but be slightly inconvenient for families with young children that need to store milk."

"How should I put it? This hotel is a must-stay in Lucerne if you come to Switzerland. Please note that when booking a room through Ctrip, the cheapest mountain view room is in the building next door. You cannot see Lake Lucerne from the window of that building. The building is a little older and smaller. The room overlooking the lake is in another building. It is in the same building as the swimming pool and is more modern. Half of the price of this hotel is for the infinity pool. I highly recommend it."
