A lovely trip to Holiday Inn, Gosforth Park. The beds, were comfy, the staff were lovely, very relaxing and the room view was beautiful! They also had very good access to fitness facilities! I will come back again!

Hotel wasn't very clean. Full car park so struggled to get parking. Rooms on ground floor not very private. Comfortable beds.

I was unable to make the booking as my father sadly had a stroke the day before we travelled. I called the hotel to explain the situation and to request a change of date for the booking within the next few weeks but they told me it was non refundable and that I booked it with Trip.com so there was nothing they could do. So I lost my money and never got to rebook. Very disappointing under the circumstances.

Booked this hotel due to attending a family party nearby then flying off on holiday and so glad I did. Lovely hotel with great amenities especially the spa, lovely treatments. What makes the hotel - the staff, they are so welcoming, polite and can’t do enough for you. Thank you for a very relaxing stay 😊

I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. The room facilities are outdated, the service quality is low, and even disposable items are not provided. What's worse, the staff's attitude is indifferent and lacks basic professionalism. Although the price may be low, the value for money is extremely low. Overall, the performance of this hotel is disappointing. If you have future travel plans, I suggest avoiding such hotels and looking for more guaranteed services and facilities.
