Hermes Beach Front

Excellent I am absolutely blown away by the level of service at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism that I felt like royalty. The staff went above and beyond in ways I never expected — anticipating my needs before I even voiced them. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this experience was truly next level. I cannot recommend this place highly enough – it redefined hospitality for me and my 15 yeas old son!

Hermes is a very nice, clean, lovely and well located place end of Stalos/ beginning of Agia Marina. There are two buildings, one at 100 meters from the beach and the other right on the beach. We booked the place on the beach, which is 20 meters from the sea and you can see and hear the waves. There is a small garden, with sun-beds and a little bar few meters away. The main road is very close, but it’s quiet and peaceful. A lot of shops, bars and tavernas are few steps away. Anyway, there is a small kitchenette where you can have light meals and a terrace. Breakfast and pool is located in the building 100 m away. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but discreet in the same time, we really felt like home. And definitely, we will come back soon.

All the photos of this Hermes Beach Front are made to cheat you! The photos and the description are very misleading, including on *********** and other booking sites. Hermes beach front has No Pool even they emphasise the pool on reservation sites. This Hermes Beach Front is a small oudated building with few studios with absolutely no privacy and nothing to do with Deluxe. We preferred not to stay even we lost all the money - we had "deluxe apartment" with advanced payment via ***********. The pool and the parking are in other place / Hermes Apartments located at an 300m unpleasant walk distance - you will have to cross a high traffic street and to walk in heat on a sloped road - imagine this at 38 degrees in July.  Absolutely not recommend! Very crowded, no privacy, noisy location. Hermes beach front are misleading in photos and description. 

Το “Hermes beach front” είναι ένα πολύ ωραίο, καθαρό, υπέροχο και καλά τοποθετημένο μέρος στο τέλος του Σταλού/αρχή της Αγίας Μαρίνας. Υπάρχουν δύο κτίρια, το ένα στα 100 μέτρα από την παραλία και το άλλο ακριβώς πάνω στην παραλία. Η κράτηση μας ήταν για διαμερισματάκι στην παραλία, που απέχει 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και μπορείτε να δείτε και να ακούσετε τα κύματα. Στο διαμερισματάκι μας καλωσόρισαν με μια πιατέλα από φρέσκα φρούτα και μπουκαλάκια νερού. Παρέχονται ηλεκτρικό kettle, μηχανή για καφέ, τσάι, γάλα, τα βασικά για μια μίνι κουζίνα. Επίσης υπάρχει ένας μικρός κήπος με γρασίδι με ξαπλώστρες και εξωτερικό ντους. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, αλλά διακριτικό ταυτόχρονα, νιώσαμε πραγματικά σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ο κεντρικός δρόμος είναι πολύ κοντά, αλλά είναι πολύ ήσυχος. Πολλά καταστήματα, μπαρ και ταβέρνες βρίσκονται λίγα βήματα μακριά. Αν επιλέξει κανείς κατα τη διαμονή του να έχει πρωινό, το πρωινό όπως και η πισίνα που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκονται στο κυρίως κτήριο 100μ. μακριά. Η παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά από τα διαμερίσματα είναι απλά υπέροχη με χρυσή άμμο. Δεξιά στο βάθος της παραλίας βρίσκεται το σέρφινγκ σποτ όπου παρέχονται μαθήματα σερφ και περίπου 200 μέτρα αριστερά από τα διαμερίσματα στην παραλία βρίσκονται water sports όπου μπορεί κανεις να ενοικιάσει κανό, καγιάκ, ποδήλατο της θάλασσας και Sup for stand up paddling. Το Hermes beach front απέχει 30-35 λεπτά από το λιμάνι Κισσάμου από όπου μπορεί να πάρει κανείς το καραβάκι για Μπάλος και Κραμβουσα, και απέχει επίσης 48χλμ (50 λεπτά) από τα Φαλάσαρνα με τις ωραίες παραλίες. Επίσης απέχει μονάχα 11χλμ από το Κέντρο Χανίων (15 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο). Θα το επέλεγα ξανά!
