Eurohotel Theo Hotel

Lovely staff who made the stay for us, particularly Elli and Natalia but all the staff made the stay special. The room we stayed in was a basic room but we didn't pay for a sea view or anything like that so to be expected. Perhaps would be nice if the rooms were modernised slightly to create a more luxury feeling. Would recommend the sister restaurant Isola on the beach for dinner, we enjoyed several meals there.

Bit of a long one this but hope it helps people, first of all if you have any mobility issues this is not for you, that said what a great place. It is spread out over numerous buildings, very clean, the pool area is to behold, it encompasses the pool bar and the restaurant, where you can eat inside or outside under the thatched eating area. The pool is adequate but very well designed, you feel like you could be in the Carribbean. Staff are awesome, (you really need to keep Natalia and Crissie) hope I spelled them right! They are so,so friendly, always with a smile, credit to the hotel. And not to forget Elle! She is the hotel client relations. Now the bad points, though not many and just small issues! 1. Please move the toast machine for breakfast, it bottlenecks where it is. 2. Please put privacy screens up on the balconies, not private at all. That's all I can fault with the hotel. The resort is in my opinion not up to much, a main road that has the usual supermarkets/tourist bars and restaurants/ clothing shops. But for eating, do a little research and there's are 15/20 restaurants located in the back roads that are awesome, Getting to Chania is easy but crowded, you walk to the main street and turn right, about 50 yards is the bus stop, €2 each into Chania and it's a 5 minute walk through the old town to the harbour, ( A must). Once again, thank you to the staff for making our stay a truly memorable one.

The food and the service was top 10! very easy to get to Chania and other places, close to the sea and beach is really nice! The hotel is very beautiful and the persons who works there are lovely. For our first ever holiday together alone without any children after 24 years, Theo hotel provided just what we needed. We stayed in a junior suite which gave us a good sized decking area to sunbathe and relax as well as having its own spacious plunge pool which was very refreshing and needed in the 33 degree heat. The hotel itself was clean and modernized and the pool area had plenty of space for the sun worshippers as well as providing a pool bar which served fresh food daily and offered the shade when it was needed. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, providing wonderful service. Themed nights took place Mondays and Wednesday’s providing Asian and traditional Cretan foods as well as entertainment. On site there is an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium that is very well equipped. Treatments are offered in the Spa by resident therapists such as facials to full body sports massages. My husband enjoyed a 60 minute sports massage for €70 and would definitely recommend. Elli (customer relations) was very professional, greeting us on arrival and providing us with information about the hotel and surrounding area, seeking us out everyday to see if there was anything that we needed or that she could do for us. Local to the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and shops and Chania is €18 in a taxi one way. The beach is vast and sandy and can be walked to within 5 minutes providing wonderful views and beach bars and restaurants including Isola where we had breakfast as well an evening meal to watch the sunset and the staff and food could not be faulted.

Me and my friend spent a week at this amazing hotel, the staff makes your stay really comfortable. The best restaurants experience in Crete was isola, the headwaiter michalis or Michael was treating us really nicely. we got dishes specially served for us and is was a really nice place to go to if you wanted something more than they usually have in Greek. The lobster linguine is probably my favorite dish. You can tell the whole staff is more like a family than coworkers. If you treat them with respect you will have a great holiday. I highly recommend this place. I will soon return to this place

Excellent everything our shiny cleaned room with view and private pool, breakfast so rich, location just 5 min walk to the beach, inside swimming pool and gym and above all the personel so polite and helpful and professional thank you very much guys you made our stay so enjoyable. Next time in Crete we ll chose you again!!! Recommended by 1000000!!!
