From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted kindly. The reception staff were rude and clearly unhappy to be there. They didn’t inform us about the hotel facilities or anything else. The room itself was lovely: spacious, very clean, and with a nice balcony offering a beach view. Housekeeping kept everything tidy during our stay, which we appreciated. The hotel is not advertised as mostly family-oriented, yet it was full of babies and small children, possibly 90% of the clients had children. Many parents didn’t teach their kids any discipline, so we were constantly disturbed. There's constantly children bumping into you. Hotel staff did nothing while kids ran and played loudly in the cafeteria. It was also impossible to relax at the pools or the beach due to all the shouting and noise. We stayed in early May, before high season, yet the sunbeds around both pools were already full. People would leave their towels on chairs for hours, and the hotel didn’t enforce any rules. The beach area was narrow and crowded, and you have to pay extra for sunbeds — something that was never mentioned in advance. This is usually included in the all inclusive package, not here. The all-inclusive offer was very disappointing. If you want a freshly mixed cocktail, you'll have to pay for it. The buffet was repetitive and bland. During the day, snacks consisted of some apples, some tomato and cucumber slices, and dry cheese sandwiches. The ice cream is only available for one hour a day. Compared to other all-inclusive hotels, this was extremely limited. In short: aside from the room itself, this stay was not enjoyable. We won’t be coming back.
