Nami Hotel & Suites

We relaxed with our family at this hotel in August. We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff, everyone was very responsive and kind. Food perfect, we had eaten. Every night something different. Location and sea ideal. The hotel itself was very cozy, we felt like home. We recommend it to everyone!! Thank you very much. We love Crete and i hope return at this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained, with one large pool and two smaller ones, all offering a perfect setting for relaxation and fun. The pools were never overcrowded, allowing us to unwind comfortably. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which was ideal for us. The short stroll to the shore was pleasant. The food at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. We enjoyed both breakfast and supper there, and while the meals were simple, they were consistently delicious and satisfying. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, particularly the administrators. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. They gave us excellent advice on places to visit in Crete, helped us plan our routes, and provided valuable insights into local excursions. Their knowledge and willingness to assist were truly commendable. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. They were always ready to help with any issues that arose and did so with a genuine smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. In summary, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at this hotel. The combination of beautiful amenities, delicious food, and outstanding service made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Had a brilliant time here. Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the pool areas, dining facilities to the bar. Staff were very attentive, polite and at all times welcoming. Great location, literally a stones throw from the beach, and within touching distance of lots of great restaurants and bars.

1. We don't get a superior room ( nobody explained us why) 2. Unpolite receptionist 3. Dirty room ,constant foul smell in the bathroom 4. Towels were not changed, there was not even a shower gel ( we have 2*30 ml shampoo for 7 days,3 persons) 5. The toilet is in the shower ( it is not a joke) After you take a shower you have to clean the toilet of water. 6. Tasteless, monotonous food, not suitable for children 7. Pool area is beautiful,full of flowers,clean water 8. The beach is very close,visit Marias Golden Beach Restaurant ( friendly people,tasty food)

We visited this hotel again. Excellent staff, good cuisine adapted to different diets. A quiet place near the active life of Crete. A sandy beach is one minute's walk away. Excellent and professional staff. Nearby the restaurants, car rental places, tavernas. THANK YOU!

Been there for 1 week, but love this place.Close to the beach,this property is very frindly to the guests,with nice luxury rooms,and friendly stuff.Food was also nice, there is variety of cretan specialities..Highly recommended,would go back definately..
