I want to make a comment about a hotel we stayed at recently. First of all, for once I didn't book on the Accor website! big mistake. When we arrived there was a paper stuck on the door saying ”hotel full”. But as there were free rooms on the site, I allowed myself to knock very hard on the glass door and the guard ended up opening. This man was far from friendly. And when I told him that I hadn't made my reservation online, he replied ”fortunately, because if I hadn't wanted to take you, I would have been very annoyed” (well, almost that word). In short. I reserve the room and 2 breakfasts and finally he says to me ”ah well, there's a mistake, I only put one. It doesn't matter, you'll ask for one more tomorrow morning”. Ok. And in the morning I was glad that only one breakfast was counted. It was the berezina! Almost nothing to eat, not even a tea bag! I had to go get some in the car for my husband. I ate what I had brought in my cooler...and frankly it was better than what was available! The young man at the reception was very embarrassed not to satisfy us, ok but hey the presentation and the diversity of the products was not there anyway!
