Hotel a little out of the way and far from the sea. Very large complex. The c was very pleasant because there were few people. The staff is very available and pleasant. The buffets have a large offer for breakfast and dinner but it's mostly international cuisine and it's not very good. Really the negative point are the beds which are very hard and uncomfortable. Really not a 5 star. A very good 3 star that's all.

Nice staff, clean rooms but poorly maintained. Mold in the shower, poor finishing of the tiles ( blatant gaps around the shower faucet). Food quality was poor, at most 3 stars. Each day the same dishes. Not very diverse. We stayed for one week, three days the water in one of the pools was green. It took a while before they decided to fix it. Nice enough pool bar, the beach is somewhat stoney, more sensitive people might need water shoes. Three stars on a goos day, never five as one would reasonably expect them.

This was our fourth time at Alexandros Palace. First of all, I would like to mention the staff; the staff at the beach bar are simply fantastic!!! The staff in the open restaurant, such as Dora and Agapi, are the gems of this resort. 1. Buffet: The food is usually cold. It is not kept warm from above or below. Other hotels do this better. 2. Rooms: The showers are huge, but there is no shelf for your own shampoo/conditioner. You have to leave it on the floor. There would be enough space to install a shelf. (see photo) 3. Room: Great new blackout curtains embellish the room, but they are much too short. (see photo) Unfortunately, this means they are useless. 4. Room: The bed has toppers that are much too short. They are about 10 cm too short on each side. (see photo) 4. Bathroom: The ceiling has cracks and is very unappealing. The same goes for the water groove on the floor in the shower. (see photos) 5. Service: On the second day, the toilet roll holder fell off and we reported it to reception immediately. After 10 days, no one had come to repair it. (see photo) 6. Room cleaning: we were appalled! They only ever mopped the bathroom floor. Neither the sink nor the shower were cleaned. Only the floor and the bed were done. One day we were there and saw that nothing had been cleaned, we were shocked. Our fourth time, but probably our last... What a shame. We are sure, the management changed....

I think to be even handed about this hotel, you need to look at the pros and cons. The 2x swimming pools are great for kids and adults, the splash pool at the back is large and the kids love the slides and giant bucket. The front pool is much quieter and more for adults but kids go too. I was amazed with the size of the hotel how quiet the pools were, I think this is also because many go to the beach instead. The setting is nice and remote and if you get a sea view you do really get a nice view from the balcony. The major negative is the treatment you get as an all inclusive guest, you are second class in the eyes of the hotel. This covers the fact that the staff don’t like serving you drinks at meal times as you are not paying at the time. There are 2 areas for entertainment, one is as the back of the hotel near the pool, however the entertainment is terrible. Just a stereo and music and the worst drinks you have ever been served in your life. Especially a drink called the Lurch Special. The cocktails are 100% alcohol and I’m sure it’s because they don’t want to keep serving non paying guests. The bar at the front has fantastic live music every night and a nicely furbished bar area, however this is because it’s a paid bar, again all inclusive not allowed. The meals have a large selection in my opinion, the food is a decent quality although not 5 star. By the way don’t get your hopes up about Greek night on Friday, it’s just a stereo and some Greek music. The hotel has all the ingredients for a great stay however they are not utilised especially if you are ‘ all inclusive ‘

A perfect place for a summer getaway. A wonderful beach with crystal-clear waters and a stunning view of the nearby island of Ammouliani, accessible by a nearby ferry or by renting a motorboat yourself (no license required). On the beach, you'll find sun loungers under umbrellas and a bar serving cold drinks, ice cream, cocktails, and delicious grilled food. The hotel rooms are well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. The food in the restaurant is very good, and the menu is rich and varied. However, none of this would be complete without the fantastic and professional staff. It's the people working there who make us feel truly on vacation—cared for and rested. A huge thank you to Vangelis, Andrii, Dima, Thomas, and the entire staff for such a pleasant stay. You made this a truly successful and unforgettable trip.

Definitely not five stars — the stingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at This hotel was a big disappointment. The food is repetitive and the selection is very limited — everything feels extremely budget. Drinks are only available in the morning, and only from a machine. There’s no proper coffee, just instant from a dispenser. Even for an all-inclusive package, there’s no decent coffee available. Lunch is very poor, barely anything to choose from. What’s worse — there are absolutely no drinks served at lunch or dinner, not even water. If you want anything to drink, you have to pay extra. That’s unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel. There are almost no activities or entertainment. Just a few paid arcade machines for kids and a very unimpressive disco. People smoke on the balconies, and the smoke goes into everyone’s rooms. The beach is private, which is a plus, and the staff is friendly — but the beach has large stones at the entrance, which makes it hard to get into the water. Overall, this is not a five-star experience. Would not recommend.

A wonderful hotel with fantastic views The food offering is both extensive and delicious The staff are both friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping were brillian. Despite the above there are downsides. All inclusive is not actually all inclusive. Some bars you have to pay for food and drink !! The resort is nowhere near the town so long evening walks are out. If you are away with children the pools are great. The chilrens playground needs refurbishment. The beach bar is only open until 7pm. The hotel is definitely missing a trick and calls out for it to be open until midnight

this hotel was very good, but there are things that can be improved. the woman at the restaurant door was very rude. last year there was another girl very polite and the right person for that place. Xhuljana we remember you. The restaurant staff was very good they always smile at us. Very good impressions also for Endrin who worked at the Main Bar. we will come back
