It was wonderful, rooms were so clean. Just one thing, maybe they would clean or use sand to save people from sea-urchin in 5-10 meters away from the beach. Anyway, our trip was so relaxing and nice!

1) The hotel is new with excellent rooms. It also has excellent outdoor and indoor spaces.
2) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the location because the sea in front of the hotel has rocks and is very cloudy. When I say rocks, I mean lots of rocks, small, big and sharp. In a word, the sea is bad.
3) I gave 4 instead of 5 to the service because I was not informed at check in about the sharp rocks. I was cut badly by the rocks. You can only swim with beach shoes.
4) At the hotel restaurant, we ate pizza with mushrooms. The pizza was not eaten. Unacceptable for a 5* hotel.
5) There are beaches near the hotel, about 500 meters away, that you can go to with your car. They have sand, no stones, they are crystal clear, you can see everything at the bottom and they are not very crowded.
6) The breakfast is fantastic. It even has things you didn't think of.
Would I go back to the hotel? Of course yes. I will swim in the nearby beaches and eat in the village of Ierissos. It's an excellent hotel, but a bit expensive.

The location of this property is ideal, right on the seafront. The staff is very friendly and the private beach offers an abundance of lounge chairs. However, a slight drawback is the presence of sea urchins in the water starting about 4-5 meters from the shore. The surrounding area is full of beautiful beaches

My recent stay at Mounth Athos Resort in Greece was nothing short of extraordinary. This hotel truly stands out as the best we have ever visited in Greece. The rooms are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished with luxurious decor. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort and elegance. The pool area is fantastic, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The staff across the hotel are exceptionally professional, attentive, and incredibly cheerful. Such a radiant and friendly team is rare to find and greatly enhances the overall experience. Dining at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. The food is unique and of outstanding quality, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. In summary, Mounth Athos Resort exceeds all expectations. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Greece.

Beautiful rooms with nice views, quiet beach with plenty of space, warm crystal clear water. The staff was kind and helpful, the hotel/beach/pool was super clean. Very good breakfast (thank you to Vasilia for always being so welcoming and cheerful). Very good Wi-Fi coverage.

This is a strange hotel on a pebbly beach across from the Ierissos port. The property is brand new and the room I had was new too. A welcome drink was provided. The finishes were very high end and the bedding nice too. There were Molton Brown toiletries too. The breakfast was nice. What makes this so strange is the location which is outside the town and is a 20 minute walk. There is literally nothing around except the small port. Also none of the staff or guests were Greek. You did not feel like you were in Greece. Staff was unable to provide any advice on doing anything outside the hotel and they had no knowledge on the area in general.

We went there for a quick family trip because of the great ratings but it was very disappointing. Its not a 5 star like we are used to. They tried to do it stylish but at a very low cost and thats what you can see. No towel hangers or small hand towels in the bathroom and our carpet was full of stains. The resort is only 2/3 years old but looks like very used already. Some parts of the pool area/ restrooms at the beach restaurant looked very used and dirty. To get to the pool area you have to walk through the main restaurant which is weird to me in pool clothes and with wet feet. Also there are stairs to get to the pool and beach. What we liked was that it has the pool and beach very close to each other. The food was good and the staff really friendly. I would rate it a 4 star hotel at most though.
