Dream hotel

Macugnaga beautiful mountain village the Dreams Hotel is fabulous in a good location near the center, with free parking and spa on the top floor small but with the essentials and beautiful view of Monte Rosa, very kind owners and good breakfast with sweet and savory of various kinds.

English: We had a pleasant stay in this property, thanks to the hospitality of the staff and the tranquility of the area, with convenient parking and a few minutes from the center. The room, although standard, was clean and offered a pleasant view. Dinner was good quality, with fair portions and an average price, while breakfast, although not too abundant, offered carefully selected products. However, some details made the stay less comfortable than expected. The double bed was actually made up of two singles joined together, which tended to separate during the night, with blankets that did not cover the entire bed well. The pillows were rather low and hard, while the room lacked a kettle, replaced by a thermos provided by the staff, which however was not very practical. The SPA was a bit disappointing, with a hot tub indicated for eight people but with a real capacity of three, a very small sauna and two showers. Due to the limited hours and the presence of other guests, we were unable to use it. Some services could also have been better: the hairdryer frequently turned off due to overheating, the courtesy set did not include disposable intimate cleanser, and the paper cups in the room were not refilled. In addition, the TV had very few channels available. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but some details could be improved to make the experience even more comfortable and up to expectations.

Me and 4 other friends stayed at this family-run hotel for five days over New Year's Eve. Even though there were 5 of us, the room was very nice, large, spacious and very clean. The hotel is located in a strategic position to reach the center, the grocery store, the pharmacy, the cable car and many restaurants without having to take the car. The owners are very kind, attentive to your every need and really helpful! For us it was the first time in Macugnaga and they gave us lots of advice on what to do. The hotel also has a really nice spa, not very big, but with everything you need to relax after a day in the mountains. A truly highly recommended structure, we hope to be able to return this summer!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week, everything was great and Daniela and Marco were two very kind and helpful hosts and especially Marco advised us every day which routes to take. Clean rooms equipped with every comfort, very well-kept and nice wellness center and excellent and local food. I highly recommend it.

Cosa aggiungere alle tante recensioni positive... Una location veramente confortevole, dove ogni minimo particolare non è lasciato al caso. Una cosa che subito si nota è l'estrema pulizia dei locali, cosa per noi molto importante. Un Hotel a 3 stelle ma a mio avviso veramente TOP ! Apprezzato il cibo e la gestione del cliente. La parte SPA ottima e molto curata. Consiglio questo Hotel per ch vuole fare un weekend o soggiornare più giorni V.

Non ci siamo potuti andare perche' non accettano i cani . Sembrava una bella in un bellissimo posto : Peccato perche' ormai si dà per scontato l'accettazione di animali domestici da parte di un albergo moderno.
