The hotel is like a old folks home. The wifi does not work well and the bathroom is small as well as the bed. Shower leaks and water gets everywhere even outside to the bedroom floor. The price was high for the place you get but not much places around this small town for the race circuit

I was in the hotel for a long weekend, with a group of more than 50 nature friends, it was with a 3 meal concept, breakfast buffet was ok, at noon a lunch ( pack ) for on the way and at the evening a buffet diner, with a lot of choise, after that a good dessert with icecream. Very good meal setup for a group. The resto setting is nice. In the late afternoon the outside terras ( with a drink ) was top for meeting friends. The bar area / reception area was to small for our group, so we stayed in the resto for talking / playing card. The local beer on tap is super, including the 'snaps'. For the price we paid, was the room and the bathroom ok, even a balcon sitting was top.

Average hotel which seem to have had it's best time. The outside looks like it lacks some maintanance. Very spacious room with balcony. No tea/coffee facilities on the room. Closet has space for a minibar which was removed. Veeeeery slow wifi. But worst of it all they've turned off the central heating though it was like 10 degrees C outside and below 20 in the room. Went down to reception late afternoon to ask if they could turn it on, I was told they couldn't because it's programmed to switch on automatically every day. Obviously a lie because later that evening it was still cold. I understand saving energy but charging guests like 100 Euro a night for a very basic room without heating is misplaced. For this price one deserves to choose for a warm room or not. Last but not least the overall impression of the staff and restaurant was like a cheap camping to me.

The hotel as a whole made a rundown first impression, in need of paint and plaster work here and there, some hall lighting was off. Room however has been renovated, good overlength mattress, large bath in a very spacious room. Lighting In the room also spartan. If you need just a place for a good sleep, this is more than adequate! Surprise: room had a kitchenette cooking corner with exhaust hood. Puzzling: there was no fridge nor minibar. I wonder how you are supposed to use one without the other.

Hotel is a bit dated but very large rooms and clean. Staff very friendly and food is delicious. Excellent buffet and very tasty. Free drinks from 5:00 PM. Excellent price/quality. Hotel is part of Bolderman Eifel and Trier trip. Breakfast is fine and can be enjoyed if desired. make a packed lunch

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff speaks limited German because none of them are from Germany (Eastern Bloc). The food is really substandard. We have a buffet that is minimally filled, lettuce is spoiled, other vegetables come from a can, just like the goulash, and the choice is very limited. Fries way too salty and the soup…. No idea what it is. Also too salty. Desert buffet is custard with a canned fruit every day. No more

Rooms are large but cold because of the ventilation in the bathroom. The staff didn't understand what you wanted. Tables were assigned like in a rehabilitation facility and people were simply added to them. Lots of senior citizen groups. There was even a toilet chair upstairs in our hallway. The hotel would be good for a rehabilitation facility, the only thing missing is physiotherapy. The evening buffet was very unimaginative, meal times from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. the cutlery that had been set out was already cleared away at quarter past 7 even though the waiter saw that I wanted to sit down with my plate and had to run after the cutlery. Then the buffet was cleared away at around 8:25 without even being asked if you wanted anything else. Breakfast was OK. The best thing about the hotel was that it was quiet and you could have coffee and pastries all day. The behavior of the other guests also left a lot to be desired. We felt like we were in a foreign tourist bunker with all-inclusive food and drink until the doctor comes. The surrounding area scores highly for its rural idyll, however. You should definitely go hiking to discover the Eifel.

Food is not edible... Nen bak goulash, chicken with packets of curry without flavor. My girlfriend had just had fries with mayonnaise... So I went to eat at an Italian... 30 meters away!!! One more dinner to go, but I think I'll look for a restaurant again...!!! Not normal

We went there full of expectations. The hotel is located in the center of the town, where there is not much to do and it is somewhat "dead". It is located next to a swimming pool that is completely dilapidated and a ruin, which had been demolished long ago. Well, The hotel SHOWS great. But once inside, you will get the fright of your life. Dated is not a bad thing, but dilapidated and not maintained is just bad. Pieces of plaster are falling off the walls everywhere. When you enter, there is a kind of hall like a canteen, where you can register next to the bar. We had to fill in everything and paid for 3 nights (4 days) ALLINN! It was indicated that we would be welcomed with coffee and cake. There would also be a bottle of Sect in the room as a welcome. Well, we got a bottle of cheap 20cl Sect! through the hole in the glass (because of Covid I think) at the reception, together with the souvenir that we would receive on arrival: A refrigerator magnet with the image of Stadtkyll. There was no welcome with coffee and cake. Around the corner, at a coffee machine you could make yourself a cup of coffee. We drank this in the “canteen” and forgot about the pastries. So we went into the village where luckily there was a good baker', where we had a large piece of cake with coffee. We were looking forward to it after a long drive. The elevator was broken and we were referred to the service (freight) elevator around the corner. A large room with a view of: A container with rubbish and the lighting was limited to one wall and near the bed, but not near the sitting area, where you like to read in the evening. After 4:30 PM, normal drinks such as beer and wine are available and free of charge. Unfortunately there was no dry red wine. So I started drinking beer out of misery. The buffet, which was reasonable, if you like ready-made products, was presented in another better looking room where pieces did not fall off the wall. Snacks would be presented regularly in the evening. Well that was a bowl of peanuts at 5 o'clock or a bowl of chips. I didn't see any snacks. In the evening we sat in the room and watched some TV. There was a tour of Stadtkylll, but we didn't dare. The sanitary block was neat and clean, unlike almost everything else. Just strange that the sink was painted instead of replaced. This causes many scratches in the sink. The beds were good, but something strange here too. The beds, which were otherwise good, had no bottom sheet but a thin molton pulled over the mattress. Very strange, because you still want fresh, clean sheets. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. Lunch at ALLINN consisted of making a sandwich for breakfast to take away. There were plastic bags for it. I think it is very bad that the ANWB and “Voordeeluitjes” offer this hotel and the latter even promotes it. We wouldn't have even chosen this hotel for one night, because it's just bad even for one night, let alone e.g
