We booked the accommodation for 14 nights/4 people . After our co-workers arrived at the destitantion, they found out that the rooms were smelly, there were no lights in bathrooms, not even locks, no wi-fi. On the spot they told the owner that they don't want to stay in that accommodation (slept just 1 night as it was to late to find another accommodation) and were told to conntact Booking for refund. As mentioned before, only 1 night the rooms were used and cancelled immediately because of the poor quality, but the provider of the accommodation refused any kind of refund. As we paid 1145€ in advance, at least 50% refund would be resonable (and fair), but they didn't want to cooperate. Trully sorry that I have to write that kind of review but be careful while booking and I sincerely advise you to avoid that place (there are plenty other appartments around). I am also very dissapointed by responces of Booking as they are not helping all.
