Absolutely terrible experience at your restaurant. We had originally made a reservation for 6:30 p.m., but changed this by calling the hotel reception. We arrived on time for dinner and waited at the entrance as the sign instructed. The chef saw us but made no attempt to invite us to sit. So I entered the restaurant and the chef saw us, but as he was engrossed in conversation with what appeared to be friends at a table, he made no effort to greet us or let us in. After waiting a few more minutes, I contacted him again and was told that he had been waiting for us since 6:30 p.m., as he was unaware of our time change. However, there were only 8 people in the restaurant, so it was unlikely that it was busy. Now for the food. My Mongolian beef was okay, but a meager portion for the price. The rice and mixed vegetables, however, were warm. Since I was so hungry after a long walk, I ate the food anyway and mentioned the lack of finesse to him when I asked if everything was okay. Not a single word of apology, and I pointed out how rude and unfriendly he was. Nothing in the slightest would make me recommend this place to anyone. A truly crappy first evening of what should have been a pleasant stay in Saxony.
