The first room ac was not working, we were moved to another after 2 times of telling the staff. No hot water in one bathroom in the second suite. The carpet was dirty and furniture was as well.

The rooms are nice and big but very dirty. Carpets full of stains and so are the curtains. The pull out couch is broken. There’s mold in the bathroom and on the windowsill. Dirt all over. Glad we only were staying one night. Yuck. Nobody was friendly here. It was all meh.

The hotel room number 326 smelled horrible. Similar to mold or mildew after lingering for a long time. I am not sure if was cleaned, the only non carpeted flooring was sticky to walk on, the carpet looked heavily stained, as did the couch. The room had zero amenities, such as coffee, water, etc. It was told to me due to theft they do not supply that anymore without asking. Should have walked away at that. The shower did look new, and the room was spacious, but I would not step foot on that floor without shoes on. There was a death during my stay, not sure if it was natural or unnatural, but the parish coroners office was there to remove it.

The bed was old. You ended up rolling to the middle and you could fill the springs all over. The sofa slumped towards the front and was uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on the sofa because the bed was worse off.

Room smelled like smoke, rooms could use some updating as well as deep cleaning. Exterior needed a update too. Pool looked nice but was closed due to seasonal use.

The room was clean and well prepared. Strong cigarette smoke smell in the hall. When the room door opened the smell filled the room.

My stay was everything I needed, I opted this location to be able to disconnect for some much needed quiet and self-reflection time. My only suggestion is they replace the air filters in the air conditioners more often, the one in my room made the room smell "stale". Otherwise everything else was amazing .

The room was very nice. The furniture was a little worn down with scratches and tears and the curtains was dusty.

I paid $100 for a hard bed, overly used pillows and I could not shower and the manager didnt even discount my stay. See pictures. Won’t be staying again. Spend the extra $80 and go somewhere decent.
