Tammy took care of the breakfast area and was so pleasant and efficient. She made every person there feel important and special. 5 star service from Tammy and the front desk staff. Food was pretty good too. The only sad note was the pool stated it was heated and it was not.

Mixed review. The staff was friendly & followed through on requests. We were under a tornado warning & went to first floor hallway. Staff person opened up the employee break room for us to sit. The staff was friendly and competent. The room had large stains on the carpet and was very dated. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had been updated but had pink mildew in the corners of the shower. The sink was slow to drain. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The breakfast was worse than most. We would not stay here again. Oh and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to haul the luggage up the stairs!!!!

The whole staff was very nice and professional. I will always come back to this property because of them. The housekeeper Tyesha was the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and might guy Devin was awesome, we were late and he was happy to see us!!!!!!!!!!

Accidently booked two rooms, but the front desk guy said, "That happens all the time" and took the extra room off our bill. Make sure the cancellation is done right so you don't get hit with a cancellation charge. Everything was clean and in good repair. Comfortable beds. Easy to find, easy parking. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is a standard and basic mid market limited service hotel. Check in was quick and professional. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked, but you can tell that in general hotel has received a lot of wear and tear and it is time to rnovate. I slept with no problems, breakfast was basic. Location is great, close to highway and many restaurants including a Walmart. Minifridge and microwave in room.

Greeted by friendly staff at front desk and quickly checked in. Went to assigned room, which hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. Returned to front desk. They were apologetic and gave us another room. Dirty spots on the desk area. One light in bathroom burned out. Pool closed by order of health department! Didn’t eat the free breakfast. No fresh fruit or yogurt. Nothing else we wanted. Overpriced!!

TRAUMATIZING! This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The only reason why I gave 1 star is for the PM front clerk, Jessica, who listened to our complaints and helped us check out as soon as possible. The lady who prepares the breakfast was very kind, but the breakfast option was not great. 1. DIRTY! Unwashed bedsheets. The room was so dirty! The bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t washed! You could smell the previous guest on those sheet and bed. I wanted to cry. Good thing is that we always bring our own bed sheet so we just covered it up since it was already late at night. 2. FOOD IN MICROWAVE. As if the dirty beds wasn’t enough, I opened the microwave to heat up some milk for my daughter and I found a left over bag of White Castle in it! Disgusting!!! If the housekeeper is going to pretend to have the room cleaned, at least make sure all the trash has been cleared out the room. The microwaved was stained with splattered food all over. The coffee maker, refrigerator, tv and furnitures had dust sitting on them. 3. DISGUSTING FLOOR. It doesn’t stop at the microwave. I found shoes under the bed. That freaked me out because I thought someone was under the bed! The bed has a base frame and they didn’t even bother to check the little space under the bed. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed. The rooms were just unsanitary, I honestly feared for our health, especially for my little girl. 4. The pool was closed. It was not stated in their website. Nor was there any note from their email prior to our check in. The pool is closed due to “health” and sanitary issue. That was a red flag. They told us to use the pool from Leisure world and they reimburse us. We did for one night but that was so dirty! And the hotel did not reimburse us as they said even after leasing the receipt and emailing it to the GM. 5. BROKED DOWN ELEVATOR. They placed my group with children on the 3rd floor. It would’ve been fine if the elevator was working but it broke down! The elevator inspection sheet was outdated to Feb 2022. Scary. 6. UNAUTHORIZED CHECK OUT. We received an email that we have been checked out on our second day while we were out exploring the city. We tried calling for 30 minutes without any luck. No one answers the phone in this hotel. We had to drive back for 30 minutes just to make sure they don’t clear out our rooms. What a headache and inconvenience. We were robbed a good and relaxing vacation. This was the last straw. This was a blessing in disguise because we had to check out and get out of there as soon as possible. We requested for a refund for the rest of our reservation and got out of there as soon as possible. We weren’t 100% sure if they were going to return our money but we found another Marriott hotel the same day to stay during the remainder of our vacation. Room was dirty and room door did not shut tightly. Light from hallway illuminated room at night.. Shower did not work. Had to go down in morning to get a key to a different room to shower in. Pool was closed by order of board of health. Breakfast was not good. I have eaten at other Fairfield Inns and had decent food. This food was ill prepared. Oatmeal was watery and mushy. Muffins were still frozen. Bagels were stale and dry. Hotel needs an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and kind.
